Xterra race truck episode 18: Jaz fuel level sensor and fuel system mock up.

In this episode I moc up the bosh 040 fuel pumps and install an new Jaz fuel level sensor. Drilling into my jaz jeep speed fuel tank was a little scary but I was motivated to get the race truck moving along.

Some seats mounting. Limit strap tabs and some front lower arm plating/reinforcement.

Really should mount that tank higher up. You have the room. Instead of hanging down like you have it

What is to stop the gas from leaking in-between the metal and the plastic tank. the only seal is the gasket on the top
