Tiny 2 Speed Gear box Double Clutch for

I'm making a small 2 Speed Gear Box with Double Clutch. It's required to use tiny gear and I can not print it with my filament 3D printer. So, I decided to order it from JLCPCB, this company now provides 3D printing service. Only cost me 3$ for gears.

I didn't understand how the clutch works. If there was some kind of animation or more detailed video of its function, that would have been better.
