Great episode Nasra and Sawiya. I learn so much from your podcast. Sawiya, what is it like working part-time with a 3 month old and 3 year old? I am finding the transition from one to two kids really difficult as I have PPD. I’m blaming the difficulty on PPD but wondering what it’s like on the other side. Also how do you guys do the nursery run? I think the PPD and ADHD are making it difficult for me.

@@kawthar98 Hey lovely! The reason I’m able to work part time is that I work with my mum. So it does make things more flexible for me. She has an office; I go there 3x a week to help out. I bring the baby with me to the office and we all look after him together. Jennah goes to nursery on the days I go to work until 6. Only 3x a week. I drop her and go to work with baby. The other two days I stay home with both kids, no pressure to leave the house. That makes life easier as we all leave the house on the same days. It’s a handful in the mornings getting them both ready. I get stressed most of the time so I make sure everything is packed the night before. If I didn’t work with my mum, I WOULDNT be working until the baby is a bit older.

This episode is so relatable! I moved from Kenya and got pregnant shortly after.Baby came in winter and we moved houses when he was 5weeks old!! I haven’t been to Kenya yet as processing his passport has taken a lot of time(he’s now 8months) and I am always in the house .i would love to start something to get me that rush of endorphins and I’m greatly considering running. What’s the best way to start?how often do you do it?

I honestly can't stand cyclists either (I do a lot of walking and they're trying to run me over in West London!)
