Occupiers are hysterical at number of killed and wounded russian soldiers

  • The invaders dream of returning home alive. And the Armed Forces of Ukraine make the ruscists get nervous breakdowns and a desire for treatment.
The occupier, stationed in Kherson region, tells about this in a conversation intercepted by the SSU.
‘This is for life, I’m sick. Do you know how many corpses I’ve seen? Without a head, without legs, without a body, without anything, just those who come in ‘zinc’ [coffins]. They just collect them, drop parts, pieces. It’s dark, I’ll never recover from this,’ the invader says.
He no longer can imagine what it is like to live an ordinary life in a peaceful city. If he returns, he plans to visit churches and monasteries. But is it possible to atone for those sins and atrocities that the ruscists commit in Ukraine?
The SSU reminds that russian soldiers have a reliable way to save their lives. Hotline 2402 works for all occupiers who want to surrender.

When something extremely traumatic is being expressed by your closest loved ones, then you just kind of fall silent and awkward. Life isn't like the films, where melodrama, people don't tear the shirt off their chest, say ''What have we done?'' and then respond right on queue to every thing. At times, indifference is the reaction when reason can't understand the inconvertible and irredeemable denegation of unspeakable gore and displacement being referenced. Repression, absence of emotion, that is what is so bad about chaos, people see so much of it, that they lose the affective ability, to adequately express thoughts or feelings, a person goes through a kind of an emotional death. People no longer are the same person, coldness separates them from the feelings of their soul before their selves have died.

He's not going to stop at Ukraine. And the reason we did not step in in the first place is because we cannot defend against their weapons. We can strike back but if they hit us first, they will succeed in hitting us. Their weapons are far more advanced; we have been stupidly disarming as per our treaty; they are not to be trusted. They have an underground city in Siberia where they have been building up their nuclear all along. We have enough to kill them and the world a few times over so we will retaliate but that will not prevent us from getting hit. Because we value life in the West we are being too cautious. Because they don't value life at all they are being too reckless. We have to step up to the plate regardless.

At least Biden is lightening up now on his earlier refusal to let Ukraine have advances weapons systems - but still no fighter jets, which is a crime.

Nope, no compassion for Russian soldiers from me. They have seen for themselves the result of Putin. They are still in Ukraine fighting for him. I do not know if you realize this, but there is a Brigade in the Ukrainian Army comprised entirely of Russian citizens. They are called the Freedom for Russia Legion. Their whole mission is to defeat Putin and return Russia to a Democracy again. They have claimed responsibility for most of the sabotage actions that have happened inside of Russia as well. These soldiers can decide to stop fighting Ukraine and start fighting Putin instead. They CHOOSE not to and instead cry about how hard it is to continue...then they continue. My compassion is reserved for the Ukrainian soldiers who are seeing and experiencing the same things as this guy. Ukrainians who didn't want to fight, but have been forced to because of the actions of that Russian soldier and his comrades.

Some have. Some sabotage their own equipment. Some wind themselves for the medical break. Plenty others are gung how killing Ukrainians, and the overt hatred from some of the Russian forces for the Ukrainians is on the record, and there is no ambiguity. There are examples everywhere. One that made the news recently is the Akhmat unit where commanders of the Russian unit violated every aspect of decency and conduct for the treatment of Ukrainian POWs and made a party out of taking a captured Ukrainian, cutting off his genitalia while he was conscious, murdering him while he was powerless, and then dragging his mutilated corpse around the camp for everyone to cheer. If I understand correctly, because Russia refuses to call this a real war, soldiers do have some rights to refuse orders, with only light consequences (prison time). But it seems these soldiers are not aware of that, or they do not trust Russia to abide by its own Laws.

I truly feel for that soldier. Seems like he's "one of the good ones" on the Russian side.
Even *if* he went into this war as one who had bought into the lies Russians had been fed and had a distaste for the Ukrainians as a result... he'll be _leaving_ there a better person. Unfortunately though, a very traumatized better person. 😪
That man needs to live, though. He needs to be allowed to go home so everyone can get a glimpse of how savage this whole mess is, even if it is through the eyes of someone they (once) knew. Then, just maybe, they'll understand what Putin is doing is wrong and that he needs to be stopped...
(I say 'once' because I imagine those people, his friends and family, will no longer recognize him)
Slava Ukraini, Heroyam Slava! ✊🇺🇦 🔱
