    따라하기도 쉽고 하고나니까 처음에는 고관절이 아픈 느낌이 있었는데 나중에는 시원해지는거 같아요.

    제가 73세인데 오래 전부터 엄지 발가락 차기를 하고 있어요
    300~400이 힘든데 이걸 지나고 나면 1000까지 힘이 안 들어요
    어제 저녁에도 1000개 했어요
    이 교수님 짧은 영상 저장해서 따라 하는데 1시간 정도 하고 마지막에 명상 까지 하니 완전 알파 상태가 되었어요
