This little girl sings like a woman that has been singing for thirty years. Her voice is so amazing I just can't believe how talented she is at such a young age. God definitely blessed her with that amazing voice and I'm so glad that I am able to hear sing. So incredible so much control. Their will never be a singer that can give me goosebumps like she does. Legend has it that they fondly call Angelina "the boss" - she is the prime mover regarding the musical arrangements, something she apparently manages with humility and charm. There is a video available of a practice session with her and this band, wallowing in another Screaming Jay Hawkins song, a slow number originally called something like "I'm painting a portrait of a man" - and because Angelina is only 9, her version of the lyrics is something along the lines of "I'm painting a portrait - in oil - of a child". Her interactions with these superb musicians is priceless! You have to understand Norwegian to follow it - in some clips English subtitles are available. She may be only a 9-year old tiny little poppet of a girl, but she is SO on level with these accomplished jazz musicians!
