Great story Mike. Reminds me of my first mini - clapped out 77 clubman. Like you, our driveway was steep and the mini had trouble driving up it (usually taking a few attempts). In my case the engine was worn out
I thought there was no way I was getting back up that driveway

Great story Mike. Do you realise those wheels are BBS wheels from a BMW E10/E21? I really regret selling my ones.
@@NickThornhillthey weren’t BBS. They were Melber Wheels. 13x6 I believe. They were very cool but I was never going to run them.
@@TheM00ch Aahh I hadn’t considered those wheels, didn’t realise melbers came in a 13”. Yes that style don’t suit every car but look great on a clubman.
