kitteley are like very tiny bitter balls...the size of chick peas. bitter balls are bigger, but not as big as eggplants. They are the same thing as garden eggs. They are all apart of the eggplant family though. Kitteley is much more bitter than bitter balls so I would use more bitter balls than kitteley.. You would still need to boil and drain the water multiple times like I Bee the Chef did to take out a lot of the bitterness.
