Great stuff! One thing I'd like to imagine that the keeper is doing is that he's trying to be as fast as he can on the movements. But honestly I've learned it's many folds better to know the movement with a slower pace and in balance. In the first movement exercise the keeper was a bit imbalanced, but still was fast. That eventually made him almost tip.

Great stuff as always, i have a question, what is your thaughts about the VH, pros, cons. Is it outdated or does it still have its uses, my opinion as a shorter goalie (5,11) is that its more efective for high shots over the sholders. Thank you for great content as always 🥅
