I received my package a couple of days ago and just got around to getting it opened today. I love it all! The cups went right on my coffee bar and the plates went in my aqua colored dish cabinet. The little cookware set went to the grandbabies play things along with the keys I got a couple of months ago. If anyone wants to order something I can attest to the care and packaging Yvonne uses with your purchases. 6 or 7 time orderer here.
I did find how to locate your diy's on ebay. I am older and sometimes I just cannot figure out how to get to things on the computer. Have a Happy Turkey Day.
Every Christmas I gave my Grandmother a pink and silver corsage. She had saved them all and I made a wreath. She had the silver tree with pink ornaments. Fifty years later and I'm still making that corsage even tho she's gone. Your creations remind me of it
I am loving this series of Christmas videos. It takes me right back to the 70s growing up and all that great Christmas' that my mom would put together. She absolutely loved Christmas. She would decorate and cook and bake and the amount of wrapping paper and ribbons . She hand made every bow for every present. There was 5 kids. I miss her terribly and Christmas isn't the same anymore without her. This Christmas Day she will be gone 9 yrs. Still feels like it was yesterday. Thank you for the memories you're bringing back. We had bendy knee elves on our tree. I remember a string of plastic life savers on our tree. Never that lose tinsels though. 🎄 ⛄

I'm 56 years old and let me tell you y'all take me back on my childhood memories with my family members belongings from Southern Florida to Chicago IL. All I can say is omg and thank you for bringing all this back to me. Makes my heart smile. Not only that you rescue all of these beautiful past history decor and give them new life. Haha! the second one, I never thought anything till you mentioned it 😅 then couldn’t unsee it. With my Australian sense of humor I might have stopped at the first two bulbs and given the candle pride of place on the dining table. The candles are such a great idea. Those tacky decorations were so expensive in the 1950s and 1960s. I remeber the year when the plaster Santa faces fell off in pieces from the red pipe cleaner Santa’s for the tree. Mum and dad made new faces by kneading moistened bread pieces and painting them when dry. A new decoration was a rare and momentous event when I was a child. Your salvaged creations honour these times. Well done and many thanks.
Hi all y'all & Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 to the American viewers out there. Yvonne, my Mom had a set of the three tiered type candle-abra thingys with orange bulbs the entire time we were growing up. The little "tacky" plastic things that you add to these were always used as a gift topper. Our "Nani" worked in a VERY high end department store out here in California and our Christmas gifts were purchased at the store and wrapped 🎁 there as well. At least one of the gifts had one of those toppers on it and my Mom would say, "Don't throw those things away, I want to reuse them!" Hahaha, she knew we'd never afford them but if she could regift them... PERFECT! 👍 I hadn't thought of either of them in years so thanks for the walk down "memory lane!"

I was never a fan of all the plasticity, tacky cheap Christmas things, but by golly, you putting them together the way you did are are really, really cute! My fave had to be the elf one! ❤❤❤❤❤
Project #1 reminds me that we were at an estate auction for two sisters. That old house was stuffed to the rafters with six or seven sets of everything Imaginable. I was lucky enough to win the bid on a big hat box full of old, vintage millinery pieces. The box was marked pins for clothing. Back in the day, the ladies wore the pins on their Sunday church dresses. Super lucky find. Growing up, we had the plastic window candles. I never understood why they were so lightweight. They were always tipping over. A popular color bulb was the dark blue and the type that resembled a flame. My favorite was the last project with the five tiered lights. It was just beautiful. I save all of your vintage Christmas assemblages in a special folder in my TH-cam account.
I’m loving these candles. Who knew they could actually be so pretty. Yes, I’d get so aggravated with them because they were so top heavy. You always needed extra extension cords but it was always so nice looking and welcoming from the outside. 😊❤

In the 60s and 70s, we had a silver Christmas tree with the lights that used to twirl underneath to make it different colors one year. It was all pink the next year. My mother did all aqua and then after that was all red.
