UTV. Because I'm new at riding and I like safety and steering wheels like cars
We traded our two-up atv for a Wolverine x4. Now in our senior years, we enjoy riding more and can bring family/friends with us. Happy trails.
I have been seriously thinking about dropping 18k on a 2023 can am renegade 1000 XMR. My buddies all have side by sides but I miss the days when 4-wheelers dominated.
UTV's are too heavy to get unstuck and change a flat tire. I am sticking with my 420 fuel injection Honda Rancher 4x4 manual transmission ATV. Tons of power.
Honda Talon 1000X-4
Utv are heavy leave ruts in everything. Even if going slow yeah take your buddy’s along for a ride but just not as fun rippn on a quad
i have a 2 seater atv and really like it, i think you get much more for your money with an atv and they are more fun to ride than drive like a car, also they are big "utv" you really cant go anywhere off road with them like you can mostly with an atv.....either way have fun.
I have to disagree. I cross shopped a Grizzly against a Wolverine 850 and the price difference was only $3000. You're getting a lot for that $3000.
@@mcscotty325 I'm sure you are, what ever works for you. Comparing an atv and a side by side is almost like comparing a car to a motorcycle or vise versa
@@mcscotty325where the heck that's insane. Around here the most badass utility atv is still 3k cheaper than thee absolute base model sxs's
@@danyancey Ontario, Canada. That's a Grizzly SE vs a base Wolverine 850. So yeah, you're going to want to add a cab enclosure and winch which would significantly increase the price of the Wolverine.
@@mcscotty325 yeah a wolverine 850 base here across the pond in Ohio is 16k and a grizzly highest model is 12.4k. You'd have to get like a fully loaded out can am outlander 1000 or sportsman 1000 to get to the base price of a wolverine here it's rediculous the price of sxs's anymore the anomaly is can am sxs prices are plummeting. You can right now get a 200hp can am x3 turbo rr 4 seater for 26k 2 seat x3rr is 23 and the base turbo x3ds 135hp 2 seat is going for 19k those prices are almost 8 grand cheaper than they were just a year ago.
utv
Honestly. I dislike utvs. I enjoy the open air riding with an ATV, obviously if you ride in any weather stormy etc. The utv is better, but I ride a 2 seat Atv, its much quieter, my wife and I can talk to each other no matter how fast we are going. UTVs are so damn loud, the cabs get terribly hot inside, give me the open air of a quad anyday
Rather ride than drive. People drive cars everyday
utv is just driving not riding they shouldn't be allowed on the trails
I totally agree with you and would add that utv’s are destroying trails.
@@martinbosset2683 agreed.....why in the hell do people feel the need to go 100mph in UTV's???
@martinbosset2683 my only reason for considering a UTV is because the trails are getting too rough for ATVs. Went riding on a trail with river crossings and on my way back out I passed by 30 UTVs. Had no problem riding in but almost sank going out.
