Catplant. Your unboxing of the Asus ROG Ally handheld was very informative. It has such an impressive display quality. I enjoyed watching the anime My Happy Marriage and playing the video games Resident Evil 4 the remake, Persona 4: Golden, Apex Legends, Baldur’s Gate 3, Armored Core 6, and Persona 5. There is really a lot to explore in these games. The ROG handheld is more clear and brighter than the Steamdeck handheld. Personally the rog ally because the aesthetics and the display is verrry crisp. But if I didn't play on the rog the steam deck would've been perfect in my eyes

Cool. By coincidence I just bought an Asus ROG laptop a few days ago. X16 Flow I9 RTX 4070 1600 resolution. Gaming plus touch screen. Works, looks, and sounds great so far.
if theres an option to turn off the rgb lights that would get u a lot of extra battery life, i remember my g pro wireless mouse went from 32 hours with rgb on to 48 with it off so its a real battery saver to have it off

Relaxing ASMR of this system. Certainly looks impressive and I have the ASUS ROG motherboard and it works very well. Lets hope this system becomes a great success.
This is nicely done. And it just makes me want to get an Asus ROG Ally even more than I wanted to before. The games seem to really pop on that screen. More than the Steam Deck and I'm not sure why that would be because I think both are LCD.
What tweaks or mods did you use for the taskbar on the desktop? It looks really clean and minimal. Also, great video! It was a better showcase then any on dedicated tech channels.
What's missing from all these pc handhelds so far is an OLED screen. The switch has one, phones have them, laptops and desktops have them, and yet none of these companies have had the sense to put one on a handheld gaming pc. A real dealbreaker once you're used to it.
I like both!! But I'm leaning towards the rog because it can handle games easier and the display is crisps. Plus I love the speakers everything sounds really great 😃

I tried my best to steer away from giving a definitive answer on this because they both are great in their own ways. I think I slightly lean towards the rog for it's Crisp display. I prefer the steams firmer joysticks and the overall grip of the handheld. It's a tough choice 😅

ROG Alley uses Windows 11 os unlike Steam deck which uses a dedicated Steam OS to run games on the handheld .
