Thanks for checking out my most popular video! It's crazy to think that I made this more than 4 years ago. A lot of my current videos are much smaller than this, but I'd certainly like to plan more of these in the future. Are there any iconic songs (video game, anime, classical, etc.) that you think would be good fits for being recreated like this?
Pokemon cities theme song. Like pallet town! Sure brings back memories ☺️
The Introduction and Main Theme from Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire would sound great in a multitrack format. So would Dragon Roost Island and the Great Sea Theme from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. The Title Theme from that would sound awesome, too, if you could play accordion and Irish flute. Tears of Life from Pokémon: The First Movie would also work well, as would Oracion from The Rise of Darkrai. This might be a lot, but you did ask. Your playing is phenomenal, by the way, and I hope to continue to see you grow as an exception musician.
Men thanks You for this Masterpiece always i hear the power of one makes me wanna cry the fellings and notalgic still alive. i hope you ve Nice day and again thanks for your art
Thank you for sharing! This is amazing
This is pure amazement. Thank you for making it.

+Matthew Verby He typed though,so,you suck (:

+Truegreen7 Hey truegreen7. I can't believe you found this, I had to go through multiple links to find this beautiful piece.
Don't disrespect Truegreen he has like one million subs

Oh yes.
I've watched it at least 30 times
I am! Glad I'm not the only one! I love this song so much.
Very addicted
just wondrfl
The song, the song has restored my strength. But it alone can not bring harmony to the three Orange ones. When the treasurers of Fire, Ice and Lighting are mind, my song shall harmonies with there powers and tame the beasts both a both and below the sea. But this can only come to pass with the help of the chosen one. Only in the hands of the true chosen one the ice sphere will glow like the others, its power awakens. The choice is yours, you must go only were your heart leads.
☝️
my heart guided me to the bar, she left me
Sir I think your words aren’t wording 😅😂😅😂
That french horn part at 1:20 still gives me chills
ok, first off, this video gets a "like" based solely on how much effort you put into this. Secondly, the video itself turned out to be amazing!!! You are very talented. But alas, I only have but one "like" to give.
So frustrating, ay? Only one like to give.
Mo n
Wow amazing.
God job.
Te salio genial colega.
Eres multiinstrumentista.
Nothing short of spectacular. Absolutely beautiful and accurate cover. It took me back 20 years to the first time I heard this melody. Thank you.
Thank you so much, I’m glad you enjoyed it.
I think we need this now more than ever...
"Disturb not the harmony of Valor, Mystic or Instinct, lest these titans wreak destruction upon the world in which they clash... Though the water's great guardian shall arise to quell the fighting, alone its song will fail, thus the earth shall turn to ash. Oh, Chosen One. Into thine hands bring together all three. Their treasure combined, tame the Beast of the Sea."
Yes
**whispers** Go mystic...
+Jordan Moore Yessss
Turn to Ash? It was goddamn right!
Six years later, little did we know that this was the closest we’d come to world peace.
Holy hell this is amazing
it really is.
Hell is holy?
I just found this AMAZING cover today and it is one of my favorite covers ever! I don’t mean covers of Lugia’s Song, I mean covers of ANY SONG! I am surprised that I only found this 8 years after it was made!
I am stunned by his determination. Imagine how much time he had to invest to create this (arranging, playing, recording, editing). It seems like he really loves this song. Hands down, this is amazing.
BTW, after the end I was laughting and crying of joy. Thank you for creating this.
You do this song more justice than a full professional orchestra could ever dream of doing! I can’t even imagine how long that took you to record! That guy that did After Ever After said his video took 100 hours to finish. This had to have taken months!
My only regret is that I have but one like to give. But you, sir, have earned it! Bravo!
This almost sounds better than the real one.
It probably would, if he had some string instruments in there.
besides theres no string. I think its better than the original. Because there's no digital keyboards. only real instruments instead of digital sounds.
clarinets and flutes made a good work in the place of string too.
Why in the 17 arceus plates have i not found this video earlier.
This is a godamnn masterpiece beautiful just beautiful
My word. It felt like I was watching a symphony. Bravo. Being my favorite of the movies growing up? This really took me back to 2000.
Subbed.
Dude, it was unbelievable, you made me cry, my childhood, my innocence, like when every time I looked to the sea wishing to see Lugia waking up, when I was 8.
This has to be one of my favourite nostalgic kids movie songs i know, and BOY did you EVER do it proper justice! Kudos man, this is a work of art.
Life can be a challenge, life can seem impossible. It's never easy when so much is on the line...
But you can make a difference, with courage you can set things right. - Donna Summer
The producers: "I guess we overdid hiring a whole orchestra to do the same as this single guy but worse"
Why the fuck do i tear up so much after hearing the start of this melody. Jesus fuck im a grown ass man.
Beauty is beauty, no matter how old you are
as a casual hornist of about 12 years, i cant even dream of doing those rips. you make them sound so easy and also know how to play all these other difficult instruments. props, my dude.
This video blows my mind everytime i come back to it
This is hands down the most impressive thing I've seen in quite some time. I posted this on Reddit because while 67k views and 3k likes is great it doesn't come close to what it deserves. So hopefully it takes off! I can only imagine the total number of hours spent recording each instrument, and transcribing and arranging the whole thing. Bravo. Keep doing what your doing man.
you're a 1 man orchestra. this sounds exactly like the theme in the movie its insane
this song is such an integral part of my core, it absolutely NEVER FAILS to compeltely relax me whenever i listen to any cover of it~
I love this video and the movie Pokémon 2000 it happens to be one of my most favorite Pokémon movies of all time ever since I was 5 years old one summer evening aah good times.
It's hard to believe art like this gets overlooked
Beautiful
How many freaking instruments can you play man?!
You can make up a new instrument and he an still play it
i counted 14 at one point
I know right! He's just amazing!
Read the description, 16.
i counted 19
It is literally a crime that you don't have several million subscribers. Without just copypasting my comment from Greatest Change, I've got to say, it's immediately obvious how much effort and care goes into everything you do.
This gave me chills. From the fact that you actually used an ocarina (which I WAS NOT expecting); to all the glisandos (I think that's what they're called) with the horns; to the quality of sound you produce on each instrument. Just well done.
Thank you so much, I’m glad you enjoyed it.
this is the most epic thing I have ever seen done by any 1 person... truly an empowering score
Seriously Man, I'm speechless. Even after so many years, i love the song and after watching you cover it, i won't be able to look at it the same way again.
You have got talent and the world needs to see it.
+Shubhankar Biswas I thought the same! I totally agree. This was a masterpiece! To be able to play so many instruments, I was baffled.
Boris de Groot not only that, and play them well and in time. He said he also transcribed the whole piece himself which is mind boggling
Time to come on back and watch it again
This performance left me with chills. If this was 2015, then my mind is boggled by how astonishing your growth and progression must have been. Beautiful arrangement, and a damn fine job my man.
WOOOOWW......HOW Can a single human even Do THIS!!.....This is outstanding....ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!!
+Narjumanji Bravo sir
HELL YAHHHH!!!....:D
+Narjumanji BELIEVE IN THE PEEKO!!!
haha......:D :p
editing...lots of editing....and talent
This guy deserves a way more views and subs. Can some1 just spread him all around reddit?

Or at the very least put this on Google play and iTunes!!!! He is fucking AMAZING!!!!! I wouldn't mind listening to it over and over again

Right in the feelings
I bow before your mighty music skills!
Who needs an orchestra when you've got this guy
seriously though this is so beautiful
dude, i have the utt most respect for you, you put out a full orchestra sheet music FREE to the public. plus, such an amazing musician! mad props! keep at it and dont stop making music!
True definition of “you want something done right ,do it yourself”
Man I saw this video long ago but I’m only commenting now but believe I always enjoy seeing it
4 years ??? Damn
This is just incredible, deserves way more views.
OOOOMMMMMGGGGG THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!
This gave me goosebumps i respect you man.
1:19 always gets me
I don't care how old this video is, this is one of the most impressive things on this platform
Now this is what you call,
a "One Man Band"!
Lih Lin *One Man Orchestra! ;)
Chills everytime
Remarkable and extraordinary; absolutely beautifully done.
Brilliant!!! How I never saw this until now escapes me. Well done!!
DUUUUDE!
Sam Robson i would love to hear an arrangement from you *deep bow*
wow bro i really love this song and this is the best cover i ever heard, great
Not gonna lie this is impressive as hell
my god...those french horns rips just gave 30,000 extras years to my life.
WOW!!! Someone seriously deserves more subscribers! I'm amazed at how many instruments you can play and to what standard you can play them all at. To hear this amazing being song played by you is awesome! I've just seen some of your other videos as well and subscribed. Keep it up! (:
Oh. My. God. This is absolutely breathtaking. We definitely need more people in this world as talented as you are.
GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!
Just the fact that you can play all of these instruments is amazing, but to transcribe the song and then one-man-band it is just jaw dropping. You sir deserve a medal for something, I just can't quite think for what.
Anyone still here in 2019?
This song brings back memories and you've done it proud! 😭
This is the best rendition of the song that I have ever heard! Absolutely beautiful and well done. You have so much talent!
It's rare to see a one man orchestra :D btw this was from muscore wasn't it ;) I downloaded it some time back :)
+Ash Ketchum Thanks! And nope, this is all mine, transcribed and arranged by me. I didn't even know there was one there.
Jordan Moore Lol, that’s typical of you, always one step ahead. I know it isn’t difficult to find parts of music by ear, but it is finding EVERY SINGLE PIECE FOR EVERY SINGLE INSTRUMENT, I only play clarinet, so this baffles me (not too good either)
I meant I’m not too good, just clarifying
I am not going to lie I don't know why but this song has always made my heart swell -even as a kid when I saw the movie for the first time- but I cried listening to this. You got skill, kid!
I have a bet sort of going on, my dad thinks you or your family owns a music store. I think it's either from a music school or you being super rich haha :) I wish I had half of your talent and at least a vibraphone xD But we're looking at buying an ocarina ^^ You inspired me a lot! I actually compose songs sometimes (for games) and I'm looking at this video to kind of get information on how brass comes together well (I mostly overuse violin but brass sounds great so I'm really willing to learn more about it's sound and how it's used). Thank you for this wonderful cover, I've watched it at least 10 times now just for listening how pretty it is :D
>.< I want a collab between you and Jordan now... xD
***** A collab?? How would we do that? x) What were you thinking of? :)
he does instumental for the background of a song and you do vocals :3
***** Haha, I would be honored! Thank you for checking out my channel :D
almost 2 years later and I'm still listening to this. this is perfection
I can't describe how beautiful this is; nostalgia meets pure talent. My official Pokemon League hat goes off to you! If full credit is given am I able to use this in a travel documentary as background music? :)
Absolutely! Thanks for asking.
Ok I think this is the official recording
AMAZING
Wow.... simply amazing sir. You are surely one in a million. I play the baritone and have always looked for an arrangement in which I could highlight the baritone as a solo instrument. I would love to play a version of this piece at my church. is there any way possible you might record a version of Lugia's Song as an accompaniment track without the solo instrument? I would be forever grateful sir. Thanks, Mike
I am still obsessed with this cover over 5 years later
"triangle (gotta save the best for last, right?)
The lesson we've learned today: Never underestimate the triangle. ✌
as a critic im picky bout the covers i hear from pokemon. dude yours got me misty eyed. Bravo and well done
HOLY MOLY
just how many instruments can you play?? ;O
2000
+narutouzumakijoshua xD
he is a bard, he can play anything.
Even mayonnaise?
The CableRat no patrick mayonnaise is not an instrument😂
I always get chills listening to this song no matter how it's done
Bruh *claps till my hands bleed*
Revisiting this gem , I just love it
How did you record and mix the horn section?
And what mic position did you have?
If I remember correctly, the mic was placed to the left of where the camera is, so close to perpendicular to the bell and about 4 feet away. I didn't really do anything special to mix them. I just lined up the audio tracks and it worked pretty well.
Lol, you could have just done it on the Ocarina and it would have been beautiful, but you used multiple instruments for effects. (Still, Ocarina Lugia's Song would be awesome xD)
Fantastic performance bro!
There is an extremely rare chance that on someone's video, there will be no negative things. That everything in the comments will be positive. this is so rare, in fact, that I've only seen it 15 times. All of these times were on your videos.
this is so amazing i have always wanted to play this song in band and you just do it yourself i am beside myself with amazement
So much respect; this is amazing! I was wondering what ocarina you used in this video? I'm thinking of buying an new one for myself and the one you have sounds great.
Thank you! This is a Rotter "Z-fans" ocarina. I was lucky enough to win it in a contest held by The Ocarina Network.
"Z-Fans" I swear I saw the triforce on it or something. I know Z can stand for "Zelda"
The one used in the videos is an Alto C 12-hole ocarina, also the Rotter Z-fans AC ocarina is made by a Hans Rotter who is German. I'm pretty sure this is it ocarinashop.com/epages/ncs24972088.sf/de_AT/?ObjectPath=/Shops/4972088/Products/%22KO-12-AC%20Fairy%22
***** okay. I still swear I saw a triforce on it. A working ocarina of time... I think many people would buy that. Working as in it plays music, not stopping reversing and slowing time.
There's a lot of replicas out there, for example the one by songbird is universally praised as a really good ocarina www.songbirdocarina.com/collections/legend-of-zelda-style/products/the-ocarina-of-time-12-hole-in-alto-c
I remember how I cried the first time I heard this song. I'm crying once again 10 years+ later. This was marvellous!
Which is the proper way to play the ocarina? I'm talking about the blowing part. I never get a beautiful, normal sound, sometimes it sounds too high (and horrible) and sometimes so low...
+Jen Escamilla You have to change the way you play for every ocarina. It helps to play with a tuner to get used to the amount of air you have to blow in order to be in tune. Playing against a drone note will also help develop your aural musicianship. Figure out a way to hold a C drone (there's probably a website for this), and play a C major scale on ocarina, paying close attention to when a note is out of tune. Make sure a note is in tune before you move on to the next one, and eventually playing in tune will become second nature. I hope this helps!
+Jen Escamilla Jordan Moore actually gave great advice! But i would like to add also using your tongue.
Try making a 'tu tu' noise into your ocarina instead of simply blowing between your lips, you will need to use your tongue for that.
Jet Eriksen How?
***** Of course! I didn't think of that! Thanks :D
No problem! And in regards to using your tongue, you should always start a note by saying "ta" or "da" rather than just blowing air. It's a little hard to get used to at first.
I don't know how much you read comments or if this would get lost in notifications you might get, but I wanted to say this.
I've loved this video for years, now. In my opinion, this is the best version of the song. You did an amazing job with this cover. I appreciate all the work put into making it as amazing as it is. The work and talent to put it all together. The emotions of the music come through amazingly, and it touches a deep part of me that goes beyond just childhood nostalgia. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this. Thank you for doing what you do. It's good to see you uploading more again, and I look forward to seeing what all more you put out in the future.
Holy Fuck. This kid is gonna be somebody. I'm calling it. How the hell isn't this kid at 10,000 subs at least? I try hard to make my videos, but my vids are nothing compared to this. They just look even more like shit.
Goddamn, this guy is gonna be somebody...
+Dankmanitan 100% agreed. I just found this channel 24 hours ago but immediately I've been sharing it everywhere I can think of. This dude deserves way more credit than he's getting.
When you are able to produce the sound track of a movie by your own. Wow, real amazing bro.
my biggest question is how did you get the instruments
he plays them, of course he has them around to practice
probably rented from the school band or something
This kid is a one-man-symphony!!! AMAZING!!!!! I wish they still had a star-rating system on youtube so I could give it five stars!!!
I bet you cant play the recorder
+boyzone5000 Sorry, but that is false. th-cam.com/video/h8ta0M1Mq7o/w-d-xo.html
+Jordan Moore ...
+Jordan Moore damn son. what a response time.
+boyzone5000 boi got rekt.
lol, whadaya know, he's full of surprises.
Thank you for making this man ❤️
tell me something ....i am suspicious of you.... are you the actual guy who created the original song...like seriously?!?
+blank blank Well considering that I would have been 3 years old, I doubt it haha.
blank blank I think Jordan is humbly trying to say... that he was born as the Angel of Music! 😎
Bob Cat Ok i get it...
dedy lampe Wtf??
Ive been watching this video for about 3 years.. every now and then i come back to watch. I still get shivers.
You sir, are one incredible musician. The time and efford it must have taken you to master those instruments really shows in this performance.
Despacito, Hotline Bling and Baby Shark: BILLIONS of views.
THIS VIDEO: just under 300,000 views?
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS WORLD?!?!
Holy moly I'm in awe. I got here because i wanted to listen to Lugias song and I'm so glad i found your channel
stop having more talent than me
I can assure you this sound even better than the original, more orchestral, and I just love it. That movie meant a lot to me and this theme ways made me cry. You're spectacular!
I am absolutely ASTOUNDED. You are so talented! This was such a rollercoaster of nostalgia - you not only captured the song perfectly, but IMPROVED on it. I STILL have chills running up and down my spine! Thank you for what you do!
I watch this video every day. This guy has the most talent I've ever seen. This cover gives me CHILLS
IS THAT AN OBOE!?!? (0:52) YOU ALSO PLAY AN OBOE!?!?
Also, this is amazing! i can't believe you did all this. this must have taken a lot of time. just, wow. not only do you play these instruments, you play them well. im just speechless.
Not sure whether I should applaud this, or sue because my eyes and ears are now bleeding from the sheer onslaught of raw talent.
