Also, those crepes look amazing! In high-school I went to Tunis in Tunisia for a month, the crepes look the same. They were such a staple to the nightlife there. So gooey and delicious.

All these trips to Paris and I only find out today that it's possible to have a picnic near the Eiffel Tower! Feel like a total novice! Thanks for the tip! What happens if someone is eating mostly refined carbohydrates and meat without much vegetables? Is this possible to build a malnutrition body? I would love a video on different society extremes like just eating refined carbs instead of unrefined carbs, not eating enough vegetables, and not eating micronutrient dense or micronutrient balanced meals on a regular basis. What does that look like and dangerous for not eating micronutrient balanced meals? What does micronutrient balanced meals look like each time?

Great video, you two are really sweet! 🤗 I was wondering, how come both of you speak english so well. I don't if it's a stereotype, but I have travelled quite a bit in France and usually almost nobody speaks another language and if they do, they have a really strong french accent. 🤔
