$51K for a RAV4?! Way too complex! Maintenance and repair costs are going to be off the charts.

Toyotas hybrids are the most reliable drivetrain on the road. Why else do you see tons of Priuses have 2-300K miles

Seeing this many people upset about the price of a car that they were never going to buy in the first place is…weird.

That's right. Considering the old tech that this car has, most people are gonna go the extra mile and get a car that offers more for a fraction of the cost. Why would you buy a car with at least 10 year old tech when you could spend 10-20% more and get a premium car with almost everything better? Better ride comfort, better horsepower, better lights, better technology overall.

I had a 2021 rav4 xse hybrid. I had it for 13k miles and 1 year, just for shits and giggles I tried to sell it.. ended up getting 5k over msrp so I sold it. Almost bought another one, but can't find any and it's taking too long to get in. I picked up a 2023 santa fe limited on black friday for almost 3k under msrp out the door. Only thing I miss about the rav4 so far is the fuel economy.. 45+mpg was nice.

Almost price of caligraphy palisade. Smaller, build quality lower, less features and functionality. 30% price is just for brand....

I wouldn't pay more than $30K for that. It's just a Toyota, nothing special. For $51K, I'd much rather get one of the competitors like the Kia Sportage, or maybe a Sorento. Hyundai Tucson and Sante Fe are on point 🤌🏻 Not this...

Not to mention that for what you get it’s lackluster. The interior is lackluster, poor material choices, low build quality, below par fit and finish, tight backseat, and a noisy interior, and zero sense of premium or luxury for the dollar. Remember the rav4 prime can go up to 50K which is luxury car territory

So disappointing. At this price and you don't even get cornering lights? I know Toyota is one of the most reliable cars out there, but come on! You can't come in 2022 with this old shit. Comparing to other brands, it's like they just discovered digital technology. At this price, it's pushing people to go the extra mile (price wise) and get a Mercedes, BMW or Audi. With this tech, these cars should be priced in the 35-40K range. I might as well push another 10K and get A TON of extra features from premium brands above.
I'm looking for a car and a GLC seemed expensive, but seeing what I get with 53K, it's pushing back me towards Mercedes, BMW or Audi.
