It was a massive undertaking for me. It took about 6 months to gather everything I needed, and took about 4 months to complete. Mostly ironing out all the wrinkles is what took so long. I just wish I would have got the Make it Modular plug and play harness instead of the PBH harness because my gauges don't work with the PBH harness. its meant to be universal, and the MIM harness is designed to work specifically with my model. It has a Y connector that plugs into the original body harness that makes the gauges and AC work.
Shelby auctions sells them on ebay. You'll need to get the VMP pulley hub and a big pulley if you want to run it on a Gen 1. The stock pulley makes a lot of boost on my 12:1 motor and I actually need to either pulley up, or add octane.
@Smasher-Devourer yes I have heard about having to change the pulley on the gen 1 I was wanting to at least put a gen 2 block in as well when I do the blower it's either that or a on 3 kit lmao
@@andrewybarra2304 Well with the choochoo you're going to be hating life putting it on. If you're upgrading the block, you'd be fine on the stock pulley, but you'll need E85, race gas, or octane booster or your knock sensors won't be happy at WOT. The predator blower + stock pulley makes a lot of boost on its own because the Predator is 9.5:1 compression.
I'm trying to buy a house so a blower upgrade is on the back burner, unfortunately. I might end up just keeping the predator blower. Sure, its not the best, but its still worth quite a few horses.
@andrewybarra2304 yes I do. I have a complete engine that I’m putting in my 87 Fox Coupe and adding a whipple. The entire setup has 1,800 miles. Selling the Supercharger and accessories.
This project is on the horizon for my ‘05 GT.

Here from the peasant chat! Thinking of doing a predator blower on my gen 1 myself if I can find a used one for a good price

@@My50GoesHard you have a predator supercharger for sale?

@ I’m currently building my home, I Completely understand.
@@My50GoesHard How much you want for the supercharger?
How did you figure out the vacuum lines/purge valve/accessory lines?
I looked up pictures of a predator pullout that still had all the vacuum lines attached and used that to route the lines.
