The Company has Loans from Directors and Loans from Shareholders, I have selected Option 3. In that option, there are particulars to mention the Loan from Directors but where we need exactly the Loan from Shareholder because there are no particulars as such to enter the Loan from Shareholder.
Sir if a shareholder (who is HUF )and director also and loan has been taken in both capacity, where will we show this ? In option 2 or 3?

Although one question, where loan from shareholder is taken and as you said they need to be audited figures only. Does that mean we need to have audit report ready or a auditor certificate regarding that "loan from shareholder" is enough?
No need of audit Report. But certificate from auditor is required.

Adding to the discussion of CA Certificate, one of client companies are having Big 4 as Stat auditor. Stat auditor provides CA Certificate after the audit get completed & therefore client is not able to file the form timely. Any solution here would be of great help.

Yes all outstanding loan need to show in DPT-3.
Sir is it allowed if we mention particulars not deposits in option 2 and for loan from shareholder we mention in the auditor certificate attached with option 2?
No, it is not at all allowed. It will be consider as wrong form

DPT-3 dont ask anything like related party. You have to mentioned specifically that which type of entities or persons you have received loan and all the loan need to show in DPT-3.
