27:50 Sir, if 185 already restrict to subsidiary Company from taking loan then Subsidiary Co. has to comply 185(2) for taking loan and also need to have common directorship or such director is a Shareholder in that Subsidiary if wants to take loan BUT you mentiond that Common directorship not allowed

Hello Sir, Thanks for the update, I Have doubt on following, Suppose we have 40 Micro and Small Vendors dealing, 1. Out of Which 10 is Having O/s more than 45 Days as on 30/09, 2. During the Half Year company has made Delayed Payment to 5 Different Micro and Small Vendors which is not listed in Point No.1 Report is to be made for 1. 40 Vendors? (All Vendors Irrespective Payments are made within time or Default Made) 2. 15 Vendors? (Payments O/s > 45 Days as on 30/09 + Delay During the Half Year) 3. Only 10 Vendors? (Payments O/s > 45 Days)

Sir i have one query, if company have 2 msme vendor and for 1 msme vendor company had made all payment within 45 days and there is delay in payment for 2nd msme vendor, so are we required to provide details of both the vendors or only 2nd vendor for which delay has been made?

As the notification itself says, if no one is selected, CS will be treated as a Designated person and if no CS there, then the director. In that case, if a company don't want to attach any declaration, will it be non compliance ?

If the company doesn't have share capital i.e. company with guarantee......still this declaration required

The least the ICSI can do is ask the ministry to grant an extension for annual filings (AOC-4) and MSME-1 form. The due date falls on Diwali. A 1 week to 15 days extension will be a blessing.

The total outstanding amount exceeding 45 days is Rs. 50,000 for a particular vendor, involving 10 transactions, each with a separate reason for the delay. How should this information be disclosed? 2. If there is a delay in making payment to a particular vendor, do we need to disclose all transactions of that vendor? Additionally, should we disclose all vendors whose transactions were settled within the stipulated time?
