f a company exceeds the small company criteria in august 2024 then do they have to demat their securities by sept 2024?

Yes at the earliest you have to do the same.

2 cos. were non small co due to Holding subsidiary relationship on mar-23. However, now in Aug-24 they have altered their Holding and both are Small Co. now. Do they still have to ontain ISIN ?

Thank You very much sir, One public company in existance since 2009 has not yet made demat of their shares. Now they wish to issue new shares and then convert all the shares to dmat. can we do it?
