Harsh and burdensome but very soon they are about bring relaxation. How can beginner section 8 company afford all such expenditures ! AS per present interpretation its required but i don't think its logical law interpretation and applicability - totally discouraging.

Sir can we have one isin for preference share issued at different times but other conditions are same.
every class of preference share required separate ISIN.
Is it mandatory to appoint an RTA? Can a company directly apply for ISIN??
