Today’s Q&A is with Colin who had questions about cuing hand and elbow position during variations of side lying activities. This question unpacks a lot.
Iterative anatomy, joint positions that allow or restrict change in orientation, and reasoning are all covered in a short period of time. I’m sure you’ll find it useful.

"When to utilize certain activities... low oblique sit versus a high oblique sit. That clarification alone is worth the price of admission"
Without a doubt. That clarification and with the guidance of your book, is making all the difference in healing my right shoulder. Thank you for the video, Bill 🙏

I thought that mid representation is on top of good executed push up when ir i going up to spine which is in er. But there is elbow extension - relative proximal urnal ir and distal humerus er So extension in elbow is not earlier then flexion?

It's to prevent anterior orientation proximally.

Hi Bill, is the high/low oblique sit promoting expansion over at the bottom side anterior ribcage & topside posterior ribcage?
Since there is supposed truncal rotation towards the topside when resisting forearm into the ground. Glad to hear your thoughts :)

direction/location of expansion/compression will depend on how you set it up. There is more than one way.
