Hi Bill, for compressed narrows is it ok to do grappling arts like wrestling and jui jitsu? Would that further compress a narrow individual or would it decrease tension in the body as there are moments where rolling on the floor is also involved in grappling?
I've used technical elements and warm-up drills as "homework." The more aggressive the training, however, the more compression. Lots of ER related to guard (ex. butterfly).
Good question, exactly what was bothering me too. Though it would be much easier to get it on some example like Terry project was.

Working against gravity is more challenging. You can also do the approximation in other positions.
