-Water 1 Glass
-Butter 200g
-Whole Red Chili 4-5
-Yogurt (Dahi) 1/3 cup
-Coriander Powder 1 tsp
-Karahi masala 1 tsp
-Black pepper 1/2 tsp
-Ginger (Adrak) julienne cut as required
-Green coriander (chopped) as required
-Desi Ghee 2 Tbsp
