Par bhaji NewZealand mein Winters hai to maine jugaad laga k bna k kha liya. 😝😝 1. Simple saag alag se bnaya Aalam dal k ghoorne tak. 2. Lamb 80% cook kar liya according to your other recipe. 3. Dono ko mix kar diya 4. 20% lamb cooking k sath aapan wala sarson ka saag bhi pak gaya. It was delicious bhaji. Must try that way bhaji. Bit long process but maja aa gaya. Sarson Da Saag recipe from my mom and LAMB recipe is yours. Good combination. Palak meat se to way way better. I have used desi ghee for saag cooking and mustard oil for lamb
