I feel like the mounting bracket should be upgraded more like a trolling motor bracket for quick pull up and go when done with one spot can pull up and go to next spot.
Im looking to get a few of these but thats what i would do

Looks like it would slide right off the pole i suggest adding a rubber bushing
If it slides off you didn’t tighten it.
How many lights would you put on the example boat you are using, one one each end of the front?

On the adjustable color SWAMP EYE do you lose half the light or does the whole thing change colors?
I see the full size light comes with wiring couplings. Do the minis have this?
Hi Michael - I am not sure what wiring couplings you are talking about but I would recommend purchasing these waterproof wire connectors for making wiring extensions or connecting to various types of batteries. It's a cheap 130 pc kit that comes with everything you need. It has connectors for connecting to deep cycle marine batteries, deer feeder batteries, and various solder seal extensions.
