I'm just wondering say in 3 years you decide to take the black handle off will the door handle be yellow and crusty looking?

The handles are attached using 3M tape. All you need to do is remove the 3M tape with some goo gone and the paint underneath should not be impacted. I removed the handles on my 10th gen and you would never know that the handles were on there.

@@SxviRXx dilute goo gone with water or alcohol . Spray and let it sit then spray as you gradually pull the handles back make sure your spraying in the space between the handles and the handle cover
