I was in a relationship awhile ago but I was starting to realize it was leading me to haram so I made dua and said, "God, I don't have the strength to leave this relationship but I know it's not good for me so please, if this relationship is meant to end, make him end it," and the next morning he did, Alhamdulillah, God takes care of me when I can't.

It's really heartbreaking. Haram love is like drinking salty water, it doesn't quench your thirst, in fact u end up wanting more...
What disturbs me is outwardly "practising" men (not saying female are innocent but it's mostly men anyway... Lol), who are Muslim at home with their families and acting non Muslim around their friends. They choose to have non Muslim girlfriends until their family decides it's time for marriage and then they marry "a good Muslim girl". I feel sorry for the girl ,but I feel sorry for the ones who were used and discarded as well.... Because instead of showing them what Islam is about they planted a seed of hatred in their hearts thinking that Islam encourages such behaviour.

My gosh, reading that really hit home. I am victim of the above, every single day I regret it, I’ve asked Allah to forgive me but I’ve also been making dua to Allah to guide my ex to Islam. Jazakallah Khair sister, my relationship was too chaotic and brought me mostly emotional instability and sadness. I cried more times than I smiled with this man. There was no satisfaction in haram. I loved a thing that was bad for me. On the day of judgment I will be happy that this ended before I did anything more haram.

This is one of the things I worry about the most. My husband and I got married 5 months after meeting but before that time we engaged in haram as I wasn't a Muslim then and he had fell away from Islam but since we got married our faith has only increased. We pray for forgiveness all the time for everything we did before and inchallah that will be enough, we push each other to do the best for Allah and for our son and for our next life but I still get terrified that our relationship isn't blessed by Allah.

So true, i have never been in Haram Relationship that i felt that i couldn't give up, but looking back at my past, i for sure now know that none of them were good for me, and i can't even believe how blind i was, like i was so overwhelmed with desire that i was ready to overlook anything and any mistake that may come from the person, and that is what the "In Love Experience" makes you, Doctors say that when a person is in that situation, it is like if he is using drugs, so blind and so high. and now looking back at those relationships, i am so grateful that Allah didn't make them succeed as i wanted, If you are struggling with Haram Relationship now, just leave it for the sake of Allah and i promise you that you will laugh at yourself when ever you remember yourself after some time.

God is always going to replace a certain person we thought he was the best ام سلمى one of the prophets wives which has became a widow after her husband died as a shahid in one of the wars so when she knew the news she was very sad and she said that she would never have a husband better than him but the companions told her to make duaa to ask god to reward her with the best so she did the duaa but still believing that there is no better from her husband so after few months when her while after marriage was done the prophet came to her house and asked to marry her and that because she just asked Allah and Allah rewarded her ☺️☺️❤️❤️

Subhan'Allah I loved this vid! It's a sad reality that haram relationships have become the norm. It's so important for people to advise the young youth to not take this haram route and to help them realize that there's a halal and beautiful route that they can take! Have trust in Allah and make Dua.
Guys some advice I would share is to get involved in the community beneficially and distract yourself in growing your relationship with Allah (SWT) if you find it hard being single. Because Wallahi when you sacrifice the haram lifestyle, Allah will sure grant you a better Halal lifestyle.

My haram relationship finally ended yesterday. It was the most stressful and draining thing. A true example that Allah will not put barakah in haram. I knew we were doomed and I was always sad. Alhamdullilah it’s over. I’m going to make Tawbah and try to seek knowledge. Because I was losing my deen and my relationship with Allah was in jeopardy due to this relationship. A part of me still wishes Allah guides him to Islam and we are able to be together in a halal way.

I suggest you read Timeless Seeds of advice here's a great quote
"...and verily for everything a servant loses there is a substitute, but the one who loses Allah will never find anything to replace Him."
I know you love this man, and are attached but there is many other men out there, and a Halal relationship is better for this life and the next. There is only 1 God, Allah it's important you chose Allah first. Allah will be with you always even after your death.
Abu Qatadah reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, you will never leave anything for the sake of Allah Almighty but that Allah will replace it with something better for you.”

This hardship your experiencing happened for a reason. This sin, may be the thing that brings you close to Allah. My comment was from 3 months ago, since then I've gained a lot more knowledge. I pray more, read Quran more, make dhikr and keep Allah close to my heart. I feel happy, wallahi. I know Allah is the truth, and Allah will never let those that turn to him in repentance and with hope down.
Ibn Qayyim said: "The keys to the life of the heart lie in: 1. Reflecting on the Quran 2. Being humble before Allah in secret. 3. Leaving sins.
May Allah make it easier for you, and bring goodness to your life sister. I know what kind of pain your heart is experiencing, it's a tough road to go down but choosing to leave haram is always a win.

It's amazing how shaitan's whispers can be so discreet. How he can try and fool you in ways you think reasonable ("he/ she is such a good muslim." "They really understand me like no one else." "I'm never gonna find someone else who gets me to this level").
But remember that Allah SWT is al Lateef, the most subtle. He knows every detail. He knows what is whispered to you in your heart. Fight it, do jihaad against it - Allah's rahmah is so vast, Allah is so generous, He sees and rewards you for every little battle in your head and heart that is unseen to people, that you may even belittle, but He knows how difficult it is and He rewards you every time you fight that battle to choose Him above what's whispered to you in your heart.
I promise you, this is only temporary pain my brothers and sisters. It stings I know, but it is temporary. Ibrahim a.s. was willing to give up his beloved son for Allah. Look at how Allah rewarded Him - He made Ibrahim his close, intimate friend. Think good of Allah. Dont let the whispers in your mind win. It is only temporary.
What is to come (dunya and aakhirah), is far better and greater than you what you 'lose'. What you give up for Allah.

Lol the sad truth is tho our parents dont even allow us to marry who we want even if theyre a good muslim person who even reads 5x day salat!!. Our parents want us to marry who ever they want depending on cast and family as if they are going to spend the rest of their life with that person...
If we change this mind set im 100% sure haram relationships will end.
Because the only reason why i have been hurt from being in a haram relationship is cuz the parents are too selfish to allow the marriage. I only ever wanted marriage and i NEVER by choice wanted to be in a haram relationship.
Inshallah wen im a parent i wud make it really easy for my kids to get married. In my house to even talk about mariiiage is like tabboo

I would ask why they didn’t get married to begin with? If there is a reason to delay marriage then I suggest separating and cutting communication until the time comes where you’re able to get married otherwise the fitnah is too strong.

Me and my husband are born Muslims, but we were not practicing. When we met, we had haram relationship, but alhamdulillah, Allah did guide us, together. We did regret, did do tewba, cry and marry. Now we are together becoming better Muslims. We learn every day, more and more, and I just put hijab. So, Allah is merciful and sometimes it's sin which is bringing us closer.

@@creativewish123 i was so surprised to see this in my notifications😂💞 that is exactly what I did and alhamdulilah I came out of it. Constant tawba. Even to this day 2 years later I still ask for forgiveness. I cry in my salah because of how Allah has saved me from myself. My advice to everyone is have patience and seek forgiveness. He will save you inshallah😬👍🏽

@Nx. x04 together for almost 3 years. Honestly it took some time to fully get over it. Around 6-8 months to finally be stable and happy again. Every relationship is different I can’t tell you how long it’s going to take you to heal because only you know how deep your feelings are but the only way to completely fully heal is to ask Allah for peace. Ask him to get you out of the situation you put yourself in. Ask for forgiveness and promise to never put yourself in that position ever again and fully stick to it. It’ll get easier I promise you just have to be strong. Keep yourself busy, get out the house, find new hobbies and go out with friends and family. It really does help. Wishing you nothing but the best💞💞

@Max 10 it was such a long time ago but i would say within the first few months I was fine. Like I adjusted to life without that person and was just sad. But after a few months they didn’t even cross my mind. I made dua for Allah to make it easy for me and promised to never fall into that sin again and alhamdulilah he answered. There were ups and downs where they came back into contact with me which made the whole process even more painful but just say if it’s meant to be Allah would’ve made it easy for you. If it’s not then alhamdulilah and move on

Mashallah, couldn't have said better. If you really love that person you marry them. You just don't hang about. And if they are not agree to marry then they don't love you so you leave them for good.
I loved someone, we were falling into haram. I asked that person to marry me because I love them for the sake of Allah. They agreed.
Today we are married. I swear by Allah I am more happy now than I was in haram relationship. This person was Christian. For whole two years this person studied Islam and one night 3 days before Ramadan 2018, out of no where this person cried and cried and said shahda.
This is what happens when do a right thing and do it for Allah. Allah protects you and give you more. Not just here but in hereafter.
Of course challenges come because this is world not paradise and this world and this is designed this way a trail for believer, but these challenges are nothing as compare to strength of your Iman.
