I love this system(wish it got more love tried getting my players to try it but they wanted to stick to D&D 5e), I know I am late to the party but thank you for being one of few that covered SWN mechanics.
@@StevanEC knowing how most 5e players are they won’t care. 90% of of 5e players pretty much ignore everything else and act like 5e is the only game in existence. It’s what drove me to ban 5e from my group.
My players went to the worlds without number system after I streamlined the character creator to two pages. One for ability scores & skills, second page I mapped out all the classes and combinations for them to follow. Never looked back.
Awesome video. I'm running SWN right now and shared this with my players. I appreciate the work you did to make this video happen. The end result is fantastic! I'll share this around on twitter too. Keep making great content!
Well done! I'm starting a campaign tomorrow that I'm running. I've never even played SWN as a player but someone had to do it. This helped immensely with refreshing myself with mechanics, thanks!
Not sure I understand the assist mechanic. If the person assisting you aces their roll to help, but it's not enough to help you succeed, then you just fail? Why wouldn't their roll supersede yours in the event you described? Almost like they pushed you out of the way in order to save someone's life.
Quite informative and very much appreciated! I'll reference this for my players.

Maybe you can bring to them Worlds Without Number (the fantasy version) by the same author with the exact same system as SWN.

I literally just started DM'ing for the first time - thank you so much for the last few videos!

Lovely presentation, excellently explained
Very well done video. Thanks!
But what are the modifiers for Leve-0 to Level-0 skills ? Level 0 = 0, Level 1= +1, Level 4 = +4 ?
Where can one find this character sheet?
Thanks very much for this
Very helpful.
Excellent Video.
Thank you very much!

This seems sorta similar to Travelers dice system
