Im running watson rally frame. Your correct you have to run with metro brakes etc etc. Also you'll be needing 90mm extended round nose or clubman front end otherwise it won't fit. Im getting rid of my watson rally frame as i absolutely hate it 😬 Kjbfabrications can modify classic subframe to D or B series for a good price, im going that route.
Mine is a home made job frame based loosly on the watsons frame I'm sure. So I'm running standard mini hubs etc, I've got the 90mm extended front end there for it. What don't you like ? the handling ? I spoke to KJB about my car going down to him and getting a frame put in with me recording but the wait time was over a year so it didn't happen. Now with the set backs I'm having on the channel and not getting a minute to work on the mini I wish I just booked it in now.
HI thanks for commenting, I've never seen one using the mgf frame so I'll look into it. Was it difficult to modify to fit the mini and hold the b16 engine ?

I built my mini with mgf frame, drives alot better than the all speed frame I had but still trying to get it spot on. Takes a lot of time but worth it
