Many years ago I had a tuxedo cat then a fiery a year a Maltese shih-tzu puppy joined our family. Those two adored each other until they both passed away. They had an incredible relationship, just like your little cuties 🐱💗🐶

Boba and Taro are adorable together🐕😻❤️. Can I kindly ask though, did you rescue them both from a rescue centre/shelter? As if it was a breeder, please consider getting animals from a shelter/rescue centre next time as they are literally thousands of animals (including puppies and kittens) in shelters every year in need of a good home. Please always adopt, don't shop. If you did get them from a shelter/rescue centre, then bless you for rescuing them.
Now that she is on this channel she can realize that mammals need each other and will groom whatever buddy they can get. If she hasn’t seen it before she probably wasn’t watching.
You need to change the dogs food. The rust stains from the eyes will stop. Same thing happened with my blonde coloured Charlie. Vet foods are not best.
