Hey, I have a question my screw broke INSIDE the needle holder and cant get it out (or remove the needle) is there a way around this or should I call a technitian for help?

I purchased the Singer Heavy Duty Machine to sew thick seams on projects. I broke a needle on the first project out of the gate. Not happy with the machine ~ so much for a "heavy duty" machine. You need to change the description as it is deceiving. My Singer Simple machine did a much better job and didn't break a needle. NOT HAPPY!
