Hi Dr. Rowe! Im not sure youll see this, but Im currently recovering from cubital tunnel syndrome/ulnar nerve entrapment. Wearing a brace has helped tremendously but Im curious to what physio regine you'd recommend - and if you have any thoughts on TENS machines (to encourage nerve recovery). I work a physical job in agriculture and my affected arm is visibly smaller after 6 weeks of inactivity. Love your channel! Thanks for sharing your passion and expertise!

Thank you, thank you! I injured my elbow while shampooing carpets the other day, and I came straight here because I knew you would have a solution - and you did! Did it yesterday before bed, woke up less sore, and did it again. I can tell that my elbow is still healing so I'm going easy on it for awhile, but your exercises made it a functional joint again, almost immediately!

@@DrRowe on a more serious note, i have found after well over 4 decades of needing treatment that the numerous osteopaths and chiropractors do not offer this kind of follow on care and advice so that i cam be proactive in my own process rather than simply going to "get cracked". with your videos and meticulous instruction, i now have what has been missing and can go to get my back/neck cracked when i cannot access it myself but, in the meantime, build towards strengthening where the issues lie. so, my thanks is sincere and i just want to acknowledge your thoroughness. thank you.

Hey @DrRowe I have had golfer's elbow in both of my elbows (mine is from rock climbing, using mostly my fingertips to climb) since January. I have been trying this method, and it does provide some relief. I also started doing peptide treatment with BPC 157. Is it okay to continue to do the myofascial scraping on my forearms and do these exercises while doing the peptide treatment simultaneously? I am hoping to do everything I can to speed up the healing process. I just don't want to reverse the effects of the peptides by doing the scraping. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
