- The Maruti S-Cross facelift has part of our long-term test fleet for the last two and a half months and so far we have driven it for about 3200km. This is the top-of-the-line S-Cross Alpha variant which comes loaded with LED projector headlamps, DRLs, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, auto headlamps, rain-sensing wipers and more.
The S-Cross has recently returned from its 3rd service and the only major costs we incurred were on the engine oil and oil filter. Find out more about the service intervals and expenses incurred in the video. We also tell you about the S-Cross’ ownership experience - what makes this crossover with an SUV-like styling likable over the long run, how much mileage it delivers in everyday driving situations and the issues that we have faced with it so far.

Every time Maruti does make a good car people rarely buy it and then we complain about maruti making shitty build cars.
Shubham Choudhary haha. People are hypocritical
Very true! If you look at the automobile history of India, it is some of the amazing products that have failed or haven't done that well.
We Indians think about only 2 things while buying mileage and resale value.
Maruti is best
Yeah like SX4
@Revanth sir compared to other maruti cars, the build quality is very solid.
This is the best maruti till date.Period.
Only question ,will it see a third generation as it depends entirely on suzuki whether the car will continues it’s life in the future.
pallav raj considering how the facelift is doing better, there is hope!
It's the first car from Maruti i feel like buying. And best part is petrol version is going to be launched soon.
When??
ankit pandey : most probably in early 2019, not sure though.
My Scross doesn't have the problem with the reading lamps. They just work fine.
And one thing to highlight here is that during 10k, 20k and so on, the service costs are quite expensive.
I just did my 30k yesterday and paid 12k.
Gulp! 12k is definitely on the higher side. Thanks for sharing the service costs.
@CarDekho... Is it a long term safe pick since diesel engines are expected to go under the hammer in a few years ...or should I go with the Ciaz
Hello wanted to know whether to buy or not ? Am little confused after your review. It lags, scratch is easily visible. Would you suggest another rivals which is good in this price and segment
+Uma Shankar There is no denying that the new S-Cross is a very attractive crossover for the price; it now looks the part too with the angrier and muscular face, can accommodate five people comfortably, its ride quality is simply unmatched, it is feature loaded and has a mind-bogglingly efficient engine. It may have lost the grunt of the 1.6-litre unit, but this is not meant to be a performance machine anyway. Not only does the S-Cross hold its own among competitors like the Honda BR-V, Hyundai Creta and the Renault Duster. Moreover, do take the test drive of the car in order to clear all your doubts.
hi I have a idea of buying s cross zeta , my budget s 12l , kindly suggest me that is scross is best car Interms of mileage, maintenance, safety, or else any order car is good to buy below 12L also ok . kindly guide
+vino kumar In our test, the S-Cross returned 20.65kmpl on the highway in spite of a 5-speed gearbox. Most impressively, it managed 19.15kmpl in the city! It has solid build quality, it feels like a proper premium crossover. If we talk about the ride quality, the cabin of Maruti Suzuki S-Cross composed over rough roads. The S-Cross checks all the right boxes to be a great crossover. The S-Cross might not be your traditional square SUV, but it nails the basics of practicality, space and comfort. On the other hand, if we talk about a used car, the decision will depend on several factors like condition of car, brand, no. of owners etc so if you go for a used one, we would suggest you to get it thoroughly checked by a well know mechanic.
Your review is absolutely beautiful. However please add one more thing. Rear window role down. Does the glass goes down completely or not?
Can you please discuss its NVH levels? Compared to Brezza, WRV and Creta how good or bad is the engine clatter?
I'm looking to buy this car but i test drove a test vehicle recently which had done 13k km and the engine was very noisy.. felt like i was sitting inside a truck. Please help me decide... Thanks
Very practical review. Heard everything I had to hear. Cheers
+Christy Sugirtharatnam Thank you for admiring with your magical words. Stay tuned!
Hey Christy, glad to know this and thanks for leaving a comment :)
S cross abhi le sakte he kya april2020 se diesel car maruti bandh kar raha he so
+Nitin Gamit Ji haan, aap Maruti S-Cross le sakte hai. April 2020 ke baad bhi sabhi BS-IV cars chalti rahengi.
@@cardekho lekin diesel car bandh kar raha he maruti usse kya fark padega
The s cross is the best for me
Sir could you please suggest me a car in terms of mileage ,stylish looking n comfort under 13-14lakhs.... either in maruthi or Hyundai or honda....pls am waiting for ur reply
+Chinna Jithender Opt for Hyundai Verna as the new Verna has matured, and how! It’s evolved into a classy package that drives well, packs in all the tech you need (and more) and priced reasonably as well. If you’re going to be driving solo most of the time or don’t really care about the folks at the rear - the Verna is a near no-brainer.
I am confused with Toyota Glanza and S cross which one is good in driving
Best value with services
Just superb.
Ticks all criteria
Yeah... The service at the NEXA is just too good. One can feel the difference after driving the car from service center. All queries about the car are being looked into.
No awd
I own zeta variant of s cross facelift. Except the lower end turbo lag, the car is just awesome. Superb braking system especially. I have did 10,700kms in r months
raj esh but u must have noticed it's ability to surge pass other cars easily, probably due to aerodynamic built, I guess. I v done 6000KMS
I agree sir. We need not plan overtakes as it happens smoothly. Only grievance is that a 6 speed transmission would have been nice especially on highways. But for a person like me who does 100-120 km/h, its more than sufficient. Mileage is another great factor even when revved at high speeds on highways. Maruti is unrivalled on that aspect. Plus engine refinement level. I did test drive on WR-V too. It was noisy unlike s-cross which is butter smooth.
How is the suspension and how was your drive quality on especially on bad tackling potholes.
This because I need a car withgood suspension because I have backache.
Ravi Narayan suspension is good. I was also satisfied wid my prev car dezire's suspension. However Scross is far more smooth. But so far backache is concerned you need to research a bit more. Take care brother
How are NVH levels... And engine clatter?
Are they will controlled... Does noise get worse with time?
What is the max speed achieved and the stopping distance from 100kmph to stand still.
Hi
I have read your reviews and it is very useful.. your service in this industry is highly appreciable...
I ordered a s cross... I liked this entire package...But people are threatening about build quality of Suzuki Indian cars.. I have a 2011 model figo for past seven years...
Is s cross has good build quality? Is it reliable? Is s cross build quality is equal to creta or duster?
I am not only seeing mileage or cost.. I need a good suv / semi suv / cross over car in 11 to 15 lakh range.. Pls suggest..
+Prasath Balaji There is no denying that the new S-Cross is a very attractive crossover for the price; it now looks the part too with the angrier and muscular face, can seat five people comfortably, its ride quality is simply unmatched, it is feature loaded and has a mind-bogglingly efficient engine.
Not only does the S-Cross hold its own among competitors like the Honda BR-V, Hyundai Creta and the Renault Duster but offers more interior space, better build quality, a very comfortable ride and an efficient engine should make the S-Cross worthy of your attention!
Coming to the available options of SUV under the decent budget of Rs.11-15 Lakhs, there are ample of options. To name a few are: Mahindra XUV300, Tata Harrier, Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster. To check the available options, click on the following link: bit.ly/2QRyKqF

Very good review..I am planning to buy a car under 12 lakhs..my choices are s cross delta and verna 1.4 EX diesel. Which one is good in terms of safety and mileage? Is Verna 1.4 more safer than s cross and giving more mileage compared to s cross?
+Lakshmana Murthi Both the cars are good to buy in their segment and have their own forte. S-cross nails the basics of practicality, space and comfort. It checks all the right boxes to be a great crossover. It is a Delta variant that gets a majority of the updates and it is a good choice if you go with S-cross. On the other hand, Hyundai Verna with the new dynamics has now found a great balance between good handling and great ride quality. EX variant is our recommended variant if you opt for diesel Verna. If you're zeroing in on a diesel-manual or an automatic Verna, the EX variant will be the value-for-money pick. Talking about fuel economy, both the cars offers good fuel efficiency. Ultimately, it boils down to your requirement. Do take a test drive in order to judge your driving comfort.
@@cardekho thank you sir..I really appreciate your response...will go for a test drive
+Lakshmana Murthi You're welcome. Your appreciation is like music to our ears. We just got re-energized to provide an even better experience to you.
Great BGM and a great review. 👩👩👧👌👍
Sir please tell me what things should be kept in mind while putting the CNG kit in my carriage wagon R2017petrol, so that my car's engine does not hurt
+Pravin Bhosale It is always recommended to get the CNG kit fitted from the authorized service center so that you can avail the warranty services as well. If you get it installed from some other sources, then it may hamper your warranty. On the other hand, please make sure that the CNG kit that you are installing is RTO approved to avoid future troublesome.
We suggest you to get in touch with the authorized service center to know the nitty-gritty of the fittings as they will be the best people to suggest you the compatible CNG kit for your car.
However, the downside is that you would loose out on the boot space & you have to sacrifice with the power to get more fuel economy.

When is the petrol coming out (with the same engine as that of ertiga or ciaz)??? I am really waiting for the 1.5ltr shvs petrol engine in the s cross.... Looking forward to own a petrol variant!!!!
+Ayush A. As of now, there is no news for its petrol version. Stay tuned.
Your voice is really magic....
S cross with the new 1.5l petrol engine should be introduced in 2019 with rear ac vents.
Sir, please tell me what to look for during the introduction of CNG kit in my carriage wagon R2017petrol
Hinde Mai bataye
@cardekho:- Please help me finalize. S-Cross Zeta or Ecosport Titanium plus?? I am happy with S-cross except for the laggy diesel engine you have mentioned is a bit concerning. :(
+snegithan vikram The S-Cross will offer superior cabin space and ride quality. The turbo lag is noticeable but should be able to adapt to it with ease.
Is it worth to buy Alpha over Zeta with extra ~1.3lac?
Can i buy Zeta and add alpha's features after?
Sudhir Devkar yup dude zeta is value for money over alpha..... Well stick on zeta
+Sudhir Devkar This will help -
Maruti Suzuki S-Cross Facelift: Variants Explained - bit.ly/2wnWMLA
Well I had the same query before buying. Maruti's ans was no to led lights compatibility on Zeta. But zeta is definitely value fr money. Only significant diff in Alpha is led lights and DRL, other differences r negligible
If you want DRLs then why don't you buy zeta model and install Phillips drl from authorised Maruti dealerships. I guess it's available as an accessory.
Regarding your query...alpha is not worth the 1.5L extra
Ya agree paint quality is very poor. I have older s cross & it gets scratches by any lighter touch. But rest is superb. And service cost was less than i20 petrol till completion of 2nd year.
If only the 1.6 Litre Engine Option was still available. The 1.3 is too underpowered in my opinion. I have driven my Uncles S-Cross extensively before deciding against the new S-Cross. It’s great no doubt but the only issue is the underpowered engine. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car, one of the best Suzuki has ever released in India.
Nice car...My favorite...Wanna to buy it
Please let. Me. Know by when will this car get the new 1.5ltr Diesel engine developed newly.
+Pavan Krishna As of now, there is no official update for the same. However, Maruti might introduce a 1.5L diesel engine on the S-Cross at a later stage.
today is 25th nove 2018 i want to buy s cross delta vrsn is it right decesion becoz i have not made any coparession with oter car
my budget is 11lac
+Asha Dhiman With the extra amount over Sigma variant, Delta gets a non-touch double-din audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, CD playback along with Aux-in and USB input. Rear parking sensors, Black roof rails and full wheel cover, elescopic adjustable steering with audio and calling functions which do not justifies the incremental cost. If you can stretch your budget for Zeta variant, it would be a better pics as it gets Suzuki’s 7-inch SmartPlay infotainment system with built-in navigation and Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto. The unit is coupled to a six-speaker system (four-speakers and two tweeters). Also on offer are voice commands, smartphone app-based remote and rear parking camera support. Passive keyless-entry with engine push-button start-stop, cruise control, auto climate control, height adjustable driver seat, reclining rear seats with armrest (twin cupholders) and electrically foldable ORVMs. Also on offer are rear wash and wipe with defogger. 16-inch machine-cut dual-tone alloys, turn lamps on ORVMs, satin finish interior highlights, centre console with piano black inserts and front fog lamps which justifies the premium for Zeta over delta variant.
I purchased S cross delta in October 2018 . I got all the features of zeta version ,which includes - machine cut alloys , rear defogger , climate control , cruise control , touch start , key fob , touch open buttons on the car outside door handles . I got everything except Led lights and touch screen system .
@Shashank,What’s the on road price for delta version???
Waiting for an autobox in this car. Lets hope maruti puts an amt in this. Any chances?
+Neeraj Raina The AMT gearbox and a Petrol motor will further boost the sales figure of S-Cross but there is no official news as of now. Stay connected for more updates.
@cardekho Confused between Ciaz Alpha and S-Cross Alpha. Please advice !!
+DICKSON BABU Both are indeed good options to go for. Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Alpha is for those who want their Ciaz to pack everything. The Alpha is the variant that gets all the bells and whistles, be it in terms of goodies or styling. The highlight of the Alpha variant is its Android Auto and CarPlay enabled touchscreen system and leather upholstery. The premium over the Zeta is quite acceptable considering all the extra oomph the top-spec Alpha adds! The Ciaz Alpha is also among the most affordable fully loaded offerings in the segment.
Maruti Suzuki S-Cross Alpha gets LED projector headlamps with daytime running LEDs and tail lamps with LED graphics, Auto headlamps with auto levelling, auto wipers, auto-dimming inside rearview mirror, Leatherette upholstery and leather-wrapped steering wheel. Overall, Maruti has certainly offered something for everyone in each of the variants, though, going by specs alone, the Zeta comes out to be the most value for money offering.
@cardekho thanks for the prompt reply, however, I am Confused between Ciaz Alpha and S-Cross Alpha. Which would be better all round package, considering both the top spec vehicles are priced closely with around 60k parting the two ?
+DICKSON BABU If outright performance and driving dynamics aren't the most important parameter on your list, and you just need a comfy, spacious sedan to drive to (or be driven in) to work and back, then the Ciaz makes a stronger case than ever. Otherwise, S-Cross is a better buy.
PLEASE also do the long term review of RENAULT DUSTER. Plzzzzz
Is there any possibility that maruthi suzuki reintroduces the 1.6L engine?
Highly unlikely.
CarDekho 😞☹️
Don't think Maruti will make that 'mistake' again. Truth to be told, the 1.6 engine had a very limited use case and there was a good reason people didn't buy it, apart from the high cost
Kasi karthik May be with in two years scross will come with 1.5 ltr engine...
revanth kumar kanumilli yeah. Hopefully that will be as good as the MJD is

beautiful and georgeous car..
First tell about BS stage emission norms. Is this S cross car full fill BS stage 6 emission norms or not. Please tell me
+Rock star Creations Bharat stage (BS) emission standards are emission standards instituted by Central Government to regulate the output of air pollutants from internal combustion engine equipment, including motor vehicles. The standards and the timeline for implementation are set by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) under Ministry of Environment & Forests and climate change. These standards are based on European regulations were first introduced in 2000.
The Union Government in October 2016 had decided to skip one stage and migrate to BS-VI directly from BS-IV from April 2020 to fight the growing pollution. The deadline for it in Delhi was brought forward to 2018 due to higher level of pollution i.e. thick toxic smog faced in winter season. It was part of concerted efforts of Government to reduce vehicular emissions and improve fuel efficiency with an aim to reduce carbon footprints and keep environment healthy.
The major difference in standards between the existing BS-IV and new BS-VI auto fuel norms is presence of sulphur. BS-IV fuels contain 50 parts per million (ppm) sulphur, while BS-V and BS-VI grade fuel will have 10 ppm sulphur. Thus, newly introduced BS VI fuel is estimated to reduce amount of sulphur released by 80%. It will also bring down the emission of NOx (nitrogen oxides) from diesel cars by nearly 70 % and 25% from cars with petrol engines. It will also bring down cancer causing particulate matter emissions from diesel engine cars by phenomenal 80%.
Though, Maruti S-Cross isn't based on BS-VI emission norms but brand is working to make upgrades in its cars to match BS-VI norms.
@@cardekho I want to buy maruthi suzuki S cross car in the year 2019, but if suddenly govt issues ban of BS 4 cars then what is my situation sir.
Some rumors are going on that from 2019 April 1 st onwards all BS4 cars are not permitted on the roads. This is my fear sir.
+Rock star Creations You need not to worry about this as any kind of reforms from govt. side will not effect existing cars as we've seen in BS-IV implementation.

All Maruti varients lag back seat thigh support and no body mention about it and about third passenger comfort in back seat
Sir, could you suggest me s cross or WRV diesel?
Am 6.1 ft tall.
+Hari P Both the cars are good enough and similar ground clearance and height, both the cars are specious too. If we talk about WRV, like the Jazz, the cabin space is super-generous and taking the whole family for a trip will be no hassle. While, the S-Cross’ cabin is, and always was, a comfortable place to be in. There’s adequate headroom & legroom both at the front & the rear, and the rear bench can seat three more easily compared to hatchbacks. In terms of power performance, WRV diesel has an upper hand. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test drive in order to clear your all doubts.

Petrol version should have increased sales further. Any launch soon?
Ravishankar Patil You are right. A petrol S-Cross would definitely make the model a lot more affordable. There's a new 1.5-litre petrol engine that will likely be introduced in the Ciaz facelift and the next-gen Ertiga soon. But Maruti hasn't made any official announcement on whether that engine will find a place in the S-Cross as well.

+puzha oram As of now, there is no official update regarding its Automatic version.
S-cross or wrv??
+Akshay Mathew The S-Cross might not be your traditional square SUV, but it nails the basics of practicality, space and comfort. On the other hand, the WR-V borrows quite a lot from the Jazz but manages to stand tall on its own toes. It’s got space, it’s efficient and has the right amount of feel-good features. Then there’s Honda’s reputation for reliability. Also, it’s your only option if you want a cross-hatch with a sunroof. So, there.
Well S cross vot bigger tyres and a bit more finishing than Wrv
Drive both and see the difference. S cross feels premium in and out while the WRV not so. Apart from the sunroof ,it even lacks proper head rests at the back. NVH levels are also poor in WRV. Its noisy 1.5L power train doesn't help this either. On the other hand, its quite powerful compared to the Maruti's 1.2L. Also, WRV's lagless engine and smaller size may help you in the city..
Expecting more features. Creta still rules. Updated model of Creta has more top of the class features and has raised expectations. Come on Nexa.... Maruti....
Sachin Khandare but the price!!
Where S cross model ends as per price does Creta price starts?
Sachin Khandare Yes.. absolutely true. S cross top end costs around 13 lakhs on road...whereas creta goes till 17/18 lakhs. It's a huge 5 lakhs difference.
Most VFM:- S cross zeta...costs 11 lakhs on road(at the price of creta base Variant)...you get all necessary features including projector headlights, cruise control, touch screen infotainment system with android auto and apple carplay, 4 disk brakes (which are all missing in creta at the same price)

Very true. I just did my 30k service yesterday.
I had to spend around 12k
What is the actual mileage of the car??
+Divyam Sharma The claimed ARAI mileage of Maruti S-Cross is 25.1 kmpl.
Best absorbent ride quality s cross vs wrv vs creta
+sanchit1978 One thing you can be sure of is that none of these cars will let you down when it comes to their ride quality. The Creta comes across as the most comfort set of the lot. Low speeds bumps are taken care of with ease and it’s only the really large potholes that’ll make occupants uncomfortable as you will feel the Creta lose a little composure. The Creta’s high speed ride is plenty stable as well but some undulations will see the cabin get a bit floaty. Also, while the steering is one-finger-light for the city, it feels well weighted on the highway and fairly responsive through corners. On the other hand, in case of S-cross, low speed ride is comfortable and you can deal with rough edges and potholes comfortably. At the same time, it rides flat out on the highway and doesn’t have that touch of bounciness you get in the Creta after exiting an undulation. Whereas, WR-V also offers comfort from its soft suspension. It really does gobble up any undulation, small bumps and even large speed breakers with ease. The light steering also makes manoeuvring and parking a breeze. Do take a test drive in order to judge your driving comfort.
Hi wanted to really know is it value for money ? You mentioned it lags and scratch on car is too visible easily... If it's worthy car then which colour do you suggest ???

+abbas shaikh As per your requirement we would suggest you to pick for Hyundai Creta SX Automatic.

+abbas shaikh If you are traveling less than 50-60km a day, opt for a petrol car instead of a diesel. With the extra Rs 1-1.50 lakh spent on a diesel purchase, you can actually drive a similar petrol car for as many as two years! So, do your math carefully. A diesel usually makes sense if you are driving above 60/70km a day.
osm features get on aa cheap rate...
Is the S -cross value for money as reliable car?
+VARINDER SINGH Banga Indeed it is. It has solid build quality & feels like a proper premium crossover. The cabin of Maruti Suzuki S-Cross composed over rough roads. Technically, the package has also improved, with the ride comfort impressing us considerably. Also, to make the popular engine more fuel efficient, Maruti Suzuki has added SHVS. The large and comfortable S-Cross, after the facelift, deserves to be on your shortlist of sedans or SUVs. After all, it is more sensible than before while being a lot more striking to look at too. If your budget permits then we would suggest you to pick for Zeta trim.
@@cardekho thanks but my budget is upto s cross Sigma model could that model is also reliable, value for money or any other alternate like ford freestyle etc
+VARINDER SINGH Banga Maruti Suzuki S-Cross Sigma(8.85 Lakh (Ex-showroom Price, New Delhi) offers halogen projector headlamps, doesn’t offer any audio system. In terms of comfort - Central locking, electrically adjustable outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs), power windows with driver-side auto up/down, tilt adjustable steering, manual AC and height adjustable seatbelts. All in all base trim doesn't offer much; instead you can go for fully loaded trim of Freestyle.
Look out for Titanium+(7.89 Lakh (Ex-showroom Price, New Delhi) variant as it gets side and curtain airbags, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, auto dimming IRVM and a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system. And while these are features that you can live without, having them will make your driving experience a lot more pleasant. sneha latha yes it’s more than that really a awesome car in that money not even a single problem till now excellent performance
Verna 2018 or s cross please let me know
+jabez vic The new Verna has matured, and how! It’s evolved into a classy package that drives well, packs in all the tech you need (and more) and priced reasonably as well. If you’re going to be driving solo most of the time or don’t really care about the folks at the rear - the Verna is a near no-brainer. On the other hand, the S-Cross might not be your traditional square SUV, but it nails the basics of practicality, space and comfort. The S-Cross is now less sedan-like from the front and more SUV-like and will pull in buyers who were shying away from this Maruti because of its bland exterior design.

Is there any option of sunroof in scross
The dukish wanderer No
There is no option of sunroof or funroof in India. But S-Cross offers sun roof and All Wheel Drive abroad. Type S-Cross SX4 and see the video review.
MILEAGE -MILEAGE -MILEAGE...... MY FATHER USE TO HAVE LUNA MOPED WHEN I WAS A KID... IT USE TO GIVE AROUND 50-60KMPL
mnk aha. And?
WHATELSE DO WE WANT.... MILEAGE HI MILEAGE
Err yeah and it could transport 2 people safely (the key word here is safely) and a car (like the s cross) will transport 5 people safely... Sure the moped gives you great mileage but if you'll look at the economics of it, the car will win because alongwith the safety it also provides comfort (specially in bad weather conditions)

what about vitara brezza zdi plus ?

Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza: Variants Explained - bit.ly/2GhL1wb
I am little confused...
for both vitara brezza and s cross which is a best to buy ?
which is a better to driving in patches road ?
and which is have low cost for service?
Service costs will be more or less the same. Since they are the same mechanically. But the premium feel, interior quality and ride quality is S cross is much better than Brezza.
The S-Cross has a better ride quality. Doesn't unsettle too much over bumps and potholes when driven slowly. It's also spacious and comfortable. Wish it came with an automatic though. Would have made for a perfect city car then
osm car..
Cost ?
+Kuldeep Danda Maruti S-Cross is priced inn the range of Rs. 8.85 - 11.45 Lakh(Ex-showroom Price, Delhi).

I have zeta , some kind of rattling irritates me from dashboard meter or under to it, even Maruti guys unable to treat it
rahul yadav yeah..it still has that typical Maruti DNA..lol...I have zeta too and it rattles. Maybe from glovebox
cool 68 but mine is just 5 days old and u can hear it clear loudly and bro then for what we go for it comes in premium section
rahul yadav have you escalated the issue? If the service centre is not able to resolve it, get in touch with higher officials in Maruti
rahul yadav you should give service centre guys a strict warning that if they don't fix it then you will escalate it to Maruti.
They will work day night to fix it😂
rahul yadav on a side note...it may be from the left side Tweeters.. because I am narrowing down on that part for the rattles location.

Why didn't you speak on safety. How good is Maruti on safety.
Elvis Pink how exactly can anyone tell you that except by crashing it? Good thing is that dual airbags, ABS, EBD and ISOFIX child seats are offered from the base variant. The car meets Indian crash test norms.
Ajit (the host) does mention that the S-Cross feels rock solid to drive. Other than that it seems a bit of a waste to talk about safety in a long term report.
it contains all the basic saftey feature.
>
Till govt start the Crash test they cant deduce any much
SHHHH.... ITS A MARUTI DONT TALK ABOUT IT. HENCE WE TALK ABOUT MILEAGE,MILEAGE,MILEAGE AND.... MILEAGE
dude these car vlogger have no means to evaluate safety - apart from features like airbags abs ...
they can only comment on saftey once govt start crash testing and all.

it was supposed to start last year, thalfway through 2018 i find no news on that
This is the best safety solidly built Maruti car still
Price??

My zeta model completed 4000 km.every thing ok but the mileage is only 15km.
Santhosh TM If most of your driving is in heavy city traffic, then efficiency can go down. Mileage should also hopefully increase with subsequent service. I have noticed that keeping a light foot on the accelerator when driving helps boost mileage. Maintain a constant speed and use clutch use only when necessary. Also don't turn off the idle start stop function for some days. Monitor if that makes any change to the efficiency and inform the service centre when you hand over the car for the next service
Only 1.6 mjd engine is missing rest all is Superb
umang Gala haha. And who's going to buy them if Maruti does offer the 1.6 again? We are talking about Maruti customers here, except for a few enthusiastic bunch, the rest are looking for the best ROI
motusid many of them are waiting and expecting for 1.6
umang Gala I'm very sure that's a minority. According to some Maruti officials, the 1.6 engine equipped S-Cross was less than 20 per cent of the total S-Cross's sold (total of ~54,000 pre-facelift units sold in 27 month). Must have cost Maruti a fortune selling them.
