Then, the claimants should be the NParks in-charge of protecting the seashores, coastal areas, mangroves, canals, etc of the East Coast Park, Keppel Bay, Labrador Park, nature, environmental activists and the Animal & Veterinary Services (AVS) as well as the country's close neighbours, Malaysia and Indonesia.
