- This video will give you a full guide on simple step-by-step of fitting and adjusting road bike shoe cleats for a more efficient and comfortable setup.
Step 1: Get a correct shoe size
Step 2: Prepare the basic tools (I.e. Masking tape & pencil)
Step 3: Place a masking tape on both sides of the shoes
Step 4: Draw a line on masking there where your MTP (Metatarsophalangeal) joints of your toe
Step 5: Positioning the cleat where the centre of the cleat fall in between the 2 lines which represent your 1st and 5th MTP joints
Step 6: Tighten the 3 screws with the Allen key (4mm)
Step 7: Make sure the cleat is not over tilt where the ankle is far away from the crank arm
Tips: The cleat angle needs to be adjusted where your shoes heel closer to the crank arm - กีฬา
Where is the voice over? I don't get what's going on at all.
What were the marks on the shoe for? You don't even say how to line up the cleats with the marks.
Very good quality, easy to assemble, works as advertised.
One at home...Love it!
terrible video, no explanation at all! that what you did there, anyone can do it.
hi there, do you know what is the function of the red spacer on the bolt nut? is it meant to be removed on the first installation to allow adjustment for/aft?
I noticed the center mark of the cleat was not in line with the ball of the foot mark. How many mm did you set the cleat back?
What are you looking for when placing the marks?
I believe you should mark the widest point of your foot.and get those in line with the small points on the cleat (upper end of the two bottom screws).
Very good guidance.
Glad it was helpful!
Where is the centre of the cleat though?
Small bump on either side when looking from bottom
This video say and explains nothing!
Does cycling increase muscle size?
No grease on the threads?
