There's a truly great classic NewGrass version of this by New Grass Revival but Townes Van Zant was never considered a Bluegrass artist, and this isn't a Bluegrass song.
I'm not a fan of all-star tribute bands but these are great musicians from different persuasions, showing off to their counterparts in the other bands and apparently having fun. I thought that was more creative than the usual approach. Might not be your Thing but this is most definitely not a shitty rockabilly band🙂

When was Townes Van Zandt ever a bluegrass artist? You are showing your ignorance. Molly Tuttle did a nice bluegrass style cover of White Freight Liner Blues, but that doesn't make the song a "bluegrass classic".
