Hi I did try it on a low profile rug and it helped big time, it is easy to clean out, use the self clean option as long as you buy the model with the tray. Hey! Thanks for the video, I have been debating buying one of these for a while now, just curious if you think you can put your own cleaning solutions in the tank without issue? Like vinegar?
Hi Jenny I don’t think that would be an issue to be honest with you. I would recommend though after the fact rinsing it out real well with warm water a couple of times just to be safe. I don’t plan on using their cleaning fluid in the long term as you and I know it’ll get expensive
Tech Made Easy this is exactly what I do. I use Mr. clean antibacterial solution but when cleaning I fill the tank with just hot water to flush out the lines to prevent buildup.

I have been researching them quite a bit and there is very little information out there about what the differences are between the similar models.. I do like Bissell. I used to buy Hoovers, but their quality went downhill a few years ago. We had a floormate and it was terrible.
