Tips to help keep your Crosswave last longer. Help with suction issues Thanks for watching You can help the channel by subscribing and/ or donating at www.paypal.com...
Found your video during a final attempt to fix the suction issues on our Crosswave. When this thing works, it's the best method for cleaning tile. When it doesn't, it leaves a horrible dirty and streaked disaster behind. I keep the device super-clean, but will try some of your suggestions to keep this out of the landfill. Thanks!
This is my second bissell crosswave. They both picked up water as you move it forward and dispense water going backward towards you. In direct opposite to the directions of the manual.
I feel like the gasket at the bottom of the tank gets a terrible seal as well. I wish it was more effective. I think that would help with the suction. Overall I’m pretty frustrated with this machine even though I care for it very well.
yes I've had to adjust the gasket/hose a few times as well. other than using some kind of water proof sealant; I'm not sure what other route to take on that. I guess the next version may have the answer.
I have had my crosswave pet pro for about 2 months now and I loooove it. But... It smells. Like dog pee (have a puppy that's being potty trained atm. I rinse everything direct after use and all the parts with water. I use it daily, 2 times a day. Only using bissell pet solution. Will changing the filter help the smell?
Mine is not dispensing water either. I have followed the bus sell videos and think it may be the pump. How do I replace that pump? Can you fix it and how much might that cost?
I’ve owned two of these. They both broke in the same way. I believe there is a design flaw in the spin brush which allows hair and water to get behind the spinning area. I won’t buy another one.
Hi, When it comes to the Bissell Crosswave, I'm torn...If you are ordering a motor and installing it yourself, then I'd say go for it if you are sure that the motor is the issue.. If you are taking it to a repair center then its probably best to just replace (probably**) all depending on the total cost of repair. New unit would come with a warranty..
I made my own cleaner concoction and it included baking soda. Now it’s clogged and not spraying. I’ve checked the obvious fixes. And the motor is still running when I push the trigger. Can I fix it?
Honestly…it’s tough with a Crosswave. Mostly likely clogged the pump or tubing. It’s possible to replace the pump but it require process of flushing the system
mines is 🚬. ive cleaned the rollers and checked if got all the hair out. gave it a week on rest. it went but when i used the spary button on hard floor it chocked and burnt out rubber smell and then blew a fuse to the main switch board.😭 it is now sitting in the naughty corner...😒... would like it fixed cause i need my pet pro,🐩🐾🐈🐾. I cant afford a new one😢

Hope it helps.
This was far more helpful than the videos on the Bissell website. Thanks.
Thanks Glad it helped
You are so helpful and I love the small business! I will order from you!
Great to see local business doing YoutTube videos. Says a lot about your "staying power". Keep them up though! Great video!
Thanks will do.
Good Advice. Thanks
You’re welcome

Really? I’m sure you still found a way to make it work…That’s what we do🙂 Turn lemon 🍋 into lemonade (still I like lemons) Thanks for sharing
Can you help me find a lower hose for a Bissell cross wave pet pro 2630a

If your motor is suffered is it better to just buy a new machine or can you just purchase a new motor?

Mine picks up everything but the water. Where’s the water going?
Try changing the filter ( and sorry for the delayed response)

Working on a video for this. It make require investigating the brush motor, belt and the brush gear
@@monroevac Thankful, hoping problem can be fixed. and my pet pro can get out of time out🤔
Mine isn’t dispersing water.
Could be the tank if not then the pump. Btw…did we talk on the phone?
