I am an esthetician and I like Esthemax's products but I HATE their expensive shipping prices, ive never see prices so high. $15 shipping for a 3.5oz serum? I wonder how they justify this? Bummer!
Hi, It could be a few things. One, the water was not cold enough. It can not be warm AT ALL, not even tepid water or the mask will be too thin and runny. The second is, are you using the measurement tool from Esthemax? It is the exact measurement needed to make the mask the correct consistency. Lastly, let the mask sit for a minute or two, then apply to the skin with a small spatula. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

Those mask doesn't dry do you think they are expired. I used the measures still wet. It's hard to removed them
