It’ll be sad to see Teaville go. I’ve been watching it grow from the tiny beginnings with the toll bridge between the first houses and the tiny industrial area to this huge metropolis. I understand a game has to be challenging to make it more fun to play. Can’t wait for it to begin all over again. 👍🏻👍🏻
One thought: when you are talking about real mansions, it's the grounds that take up the space. With your first mansion, for instance, the main house is good, but the land on both sides of the road and behind the house is probably part of the estate. Where are the tennis courts, stables, riding paths, helicopter pad, and maybe even shooting stands or skeet range? Many modern estates share some of these facilities, and have interconnected bridal paths. But the tennis courts are a must, and often both grass and clay. And don't forget areas for pavilions and tents for lawn parties.
Hey, Biffa, since you're killing Teaville, would you mind uploading a finished copy of the city to somewhere we can get it? Because some people like myself might just continue working on it. Idk if this idea is bad or good, but I'd like to see what i can do with a city like that
Yes @biffa, I was also gonna ask this too. Would love to be able to play teaville on my own computer. In a weird way, watching you make has been like being apart of it, so would be fun to be able to play with the actual city.
I'd watch u guys continuing the city, maybe detailing more and making tour videos (Train ride number x, bus ride x or following a pedestrian from outside the city taking his or her car and driving it to work, so you can view the city in more detail) 👌
Maybe the odd "Teaville special"? You might find having a new "primary" city takes the pressure off and lets you look at Teaville differently. Either way, I think your enthusiasm is a big part of what keeps a lot of us watching so if Teaville needs to go for that to return then so be it.
Rich people need horses lol! Maybe a few mansions could have stables and fields for the horse to make them bigger? I don't know if there are horse mods though
You and other modded players have been pushing Cities far beyond what the devs envisaged. It's about time the devs said "Yes, Cities 2 with a completely overhauled engne is in the works".
Hi Biffa! So glad to see, in the mansion region, you using so many DIFFERENT types of foliage. Finally. That really adds to the realistic look. IMO, nothing looks more "videogamey" than 150 of the same trees in an area. In my small city, I have over 20 different kinds of pine trees alone (and over 50 other kinds of foliage). I realize it takes longer to fill things in - so I use the Forest Brush mod. You should try it! You also said the next city would be more "realistic". I hope that extends to the look and not just the functioning, of the city. Looking forward to the next " non-teaville" city.
Love me some Teaville but I totally understand if you're getting bored of working on the same city for so long. You got to do whatever makes you happy. If you want to star a new city, go for it!
I love how you stopped mid-farewell to Teaville and got drawn in to a traffic fix. Do what makes you feel satisfied, Biffa! We'll come along for the ride. Too bad about the jumping... would have been cool to end on a Teaville Grand Tour cinematic with that lovely BGM.
Loved the entire series. It will be neat to see your new city grow. :) Once you've finished with the TeaVille videos, it would be cool if you could share the savegame with us, so those that wish to keep it going can do so. :)
I'll miss TeaVille because I've seen it grow and came to love it. I love your fixit episodes but when I see a TeaVille episode I was always even more happy to watch it. You've done an amazing job. On the other hand I'm looking forward to see something new. And I'm sure we'll love it as well. Thank you Biffa for entertaining me with your videos! Will look forward on new things to come!
I think shift the mansion on the mountains to make an area like beverly hills with breathtaking views of the main area ,golf area and in the open lands make an inland yatch harbour for the '1%peaple that can afford to live there' . Please start another series of tf2 or satisfactory along with the new city skylines series. Loved the whole series .Not first to comment this but this was really a great series to watch 👍 Edit: oh no 🤦♀️ I edited my grammatical mistake and lost biffa's like 😭
I've been watching you build Teaville since the start, and it's been a blast! I definitely can appreciate where you're coming from, but yeah. It definitely feels like this playthrough has reached a good ending point. I for one am so STOKED to see you start a new city from scratch :)
Now that you got a place for your Rich isn't it time to have one for the Poor ? aTrailer Park maybe or maybe even a Slum, there is stuff for that on the Workshop :)
Notwithstanding your ending comments, I'd love to see a resurrection of #Teaville if at all possible. Over the first days of 2023, I was looking for a playlist to binge. I nearly passed over this one because of its age. How wrong could I have been! This series was totally enjoyable, relatable, thought-provoking, and entertaining, and I even learned a few new things. On top of this, I found it very enjoyable to see how your skills and techniques have grown over the past few years. By far, you are one of my favorite creators and I thank you for sparking my creativity! I think it would be fascinating to meet you in real life.
I have to say it is amazing how much detailing you are doing lately on the city of TeaVille. Everytime a new episode of this series got out in the last few months I got really excited as it helped me to relax after a long day of homeoffice. It would be amazing if you could give us a tour through the entire city, as there are some areas we haven't really seen in a long time. However, thank you for your determination to this projekt. But please, take your time, drink a sip of tea and don't feel forced to keep us entertained with your videos. It is always a pleasure to watch your cities getting built!
Teaville was the greatest series I've ever experienced. I watched every episode as soon as they released until the last few weeks. Thank you for a brilliant series.
to solve the mansions being smaller than you thought, you could arrange several mansions together to make it appear as if they're 1 larger compound belonging to 1 person, and then put 5 or so of those compounds as you originally intended
I joined Teaville later in the series and while I love it, I'm excited to see you start something new. It will be exciting to be there from the beginning and to see it grow.
Oh Biffa, I love you. You're by far my favourite C:S youtuber, and gaming youtuber in general. But I have to admit, I've caught myself screaming 'Nooo, not the rocks again!' more than once, especially when detailing fancy areas like the mansion 😅😄 I'd like to challenge you not to use them, but I have to admit, the zoo is THE place to use them a lot 😉 So maybe go overboard and get all those rocks out of your system? 😄
Hey Biffa! this was a great series - excited for the next one.. For you next series, might i recommend using the "realistic population mod' - it makes houses, offices and commercial buildings house/employ more believable number of people. Another mod i have used is "Lifespan rebalance revisited" - makes the people's lifespan and health needs more realistic. Also for the map, there is one called "7th island enhanced" - it is a really beautiful map with islands and well defined mountains (with a huge waterfall too :) Cheers!
Need a "how far we have come" 2 part episode where you review tea ville in part 1 and then in part 2 taking suggestions from the comments of part 1 to upgrade tea ville and say goodbye
A Teaville movie studio maybe? Give off a Hollywood vibe in the area

Just so you know, I'd be careful with trees and shrubbery, as trees and shrubs are very complex models made up of a lot of stuff (excuse my of complex words, I'm not a game developer) and said stuff is also dynamic, therefore it not only takes up a lot of space, because it's a lot of stuff in a tiny space, but it's also a lot of stuff, that also constantly moving. That could be the reason why your game has a lot of stuttering as most of your detailing involves putting trees everywhere, which lags the game...A lot !
It’s been brilliant watching TeaVille grow, I sorta “play” through your videos, I have the PS4 version, which is still fun, but I can’t afford to get all the expansions I want and of course no mods, so it’s nice to see it and I wait for these episodes constantly. Will be good to see what’s next after the glorious beauty this city has been though.
End of an era. I've thoroughly enjoyed watching you creating and expanding Teaville, with a fair amount of jealousy because I completely suck at planning ahead and beautifying cities, but still; amazing job, Biffa! Teaville is definitely my fav city so far, and I can't wait to see what you make of the new one (I already took a few sneak peeks)!
You have to enjoy it so we can all enjoy it with you. Thanks for the fantastic series I have loved it all and I have learnt so much from you. I am sure we will all be with you as you start on to pastures or archipelagos, new :) Chin up, brew up and thank you again.
All for a new map! Will be fun to watch from the beginning! :) I could tell you were bummed out the last couple episodes, so it's always nice to have a refresh!
All good things must come to an end. Have truly enjoyed the TeaVille series, and it has helped me greatly improve my own city planning and building. Very excited to see what you try out next! :)
Definitely looking forward to what you have planned for future cities, Biffa! Teaville's been a wonderful city to watch grow and expand, and as someone who started watching from the conversion off of the Real Time mod onwards; I think it'll be a real treat to get to see how you approach starting a city fresh off. Cheers from Canada, and I hope you and your family are keeping well. :)
Biffa, you put the garages of the mansion behind the fences.. You could make every mansion a park area and maybe add some tennis courts, swimming pools, basketball courts, a pool with a jetty of sorts, maybe a golf hole? You could add an axclusive ski resort in the bagground and maybe some servant houses?
Was a pleasure. A Great Teaville. The fun fact is a must and Teaville is ready to pass away. A lot of joy watching you making this GREAT ville and exciting for the next project. Could be a Roundtown by Biffa? Oh! I can't wait!
The problem with you Biffa is that there's only one of you and I can't get enough of your videos. I always enjoy watching them (and I'm clearly not the only one!) I look forward to a new city, cos I love when you start them off. I've tried to follow other peeps on YT building cities, and although some are fine, none of them are as good as you. Some of them are too crazy, some bore me to death. But you're fun. I mean it, especially as we follow two opposing football teams who don't get on at all! Hope your family worries have solved themselves, take care of yourselves x
I have loved this series. Thank you for providing tons of entertainment for me. Looking forward to the new city! Your city series are my favorite of your videos.
Maybe you should consider turning "Hard Mode" on? It's a built-in mod. I've never tried it myself, but perhaps it would add a level of challenge that you are looking for. I love watching your videos - TeaVille or your fix videos. I can't wait to see the start of your next city. Watching the development of TeaVille has given me a lot of new ideas to try in my own cities and I thank you for that.
always fun to watch you play around, try new things. as i have mentioned before, TeaVille has been the step by step guide for me as i have failed a lot of times growing my own city. i would love to see a new start with newer challenges only to grow myself in CS
Love the new mansion in TeaVille. I'll miss the city but totally understand enjoying the challenge of unlocking things before you use them. I play the same way. It would be nice if the devs could come up with a way to unlock the entire map without unlocking all of the buildings. Looking forward to what you come up with next!
I really liked Teaville a lot, definitely your finest work so far. But, like you I enjoy the challenge of unlocking everything and so can appreciate the frustration that you must feel with this city. Really looking forward to the next one, bring it on...
A new city sounds like a great idea. You have so many new assets and mods that would make for a highly inventive new project. Despite your cheery demeanour, I have sensed a lack of energy in the most recent episodes, so a revitalised Biffa will be a joy to watch.
Love TeaVille but even more excited for the new city and being able to watch it from the start episode by episode as only subscribed this year I watched all the episode at once...looking forward to seeing as it happens “live” and being able to comment with the episode being months old haha!
Ya, it's been almost 9 months since you started TeaVille... As much as I've been enjoying it, it's time for a new baby. Thank you for all you've taught me in C:S over the years with your videos!
Oh no! TeaVille is going decaf scrap yard soon! Been great watching. Since finding the channel I have purchased the game, some mods, play 0 hours, melted the laptop I used and watched nearly all the episodes. Great stuff.
From a viewer’s pov the visuals look smooth, but I can understand the frustration from a player’s perspective where you feel it more. I have stutter too, I noticed an improvement by removing tpme, but it’s a hard mod to remove...
I agree, I've joined teaville half way through. It's been amazing, I have the game but hardly play but I find watching your videos just as much fun! I think a change will reinvigorate your natural enthusiasm for the game, following a different direction. Just got to find that interesting map! Looking forward to the next chapter.
Hey Biffa, thank you for the journey of TeaVille, you have evolved and grown your skill with the city. I think a new city will enjoy the experience you have gathered playing TeaVille.
Biff keep yourself happy. We enjoy it most when you're enjoying the game. I think starting fresh with Vanilla would be great, I just enjoy your creativity.
Sad to see Teaville come to an end but... Your videos encouraged me to give this game another go round as I had always gotten frustrated with the traffic and given up. Finally have a working city with 180K and 75% traffic. Not possible without your wisdom. But I understand the motivation bit. Don't care as much as before. All the best in the new city. Thanks again.
You're absolutely right that there is no point in continuing a game if you are not enjoying yourself. I've loved every minute of the development of Teaville. Nice to see you finishing it off with some super-detailing. I guess someone has been watching the collab challenge. ;) I would like to see you do more of that stuff in the new city.
Right, suggestions for your posh quarter. I actually live in an area that is surrounded by these kind of villas for the rich and famous. (Don't live in one myself though.) Besides the house and front gate most of these estates have huge gardens around them. Some are well kept, while others are basically annexed woodlands. They are often fenced off and the road is curved in such a way that you can't see the house from the public road. So consider giving each villa a (much) larger footprint. In between could be a public forest with hiking trails.
I play on console. Kind of wish we had traffic manager. I also do good with my city layout until I get about 12k and it all turns into a nightmare. Getting started is fine, but I never knew how well organized it could all be and still have infrastructure. I also always thought that every city service had to be in the green. I was spending so much money on almost everything. Lol
When you're having fun, that's when it's fun to watch, so if you need to start something new (and hopefully resolve some of your technical/mod issues), that's obviously the best answer. And personally, I'm excited to see a new city from scratch!
Biffa, terrific job on TeaVille! She's an absolute beauty. If you're going to end the series, can you please spend a couple of episodes to give us a detailed tour of the city? For me I started watching mid-series so I'd love to see what you've done in the earlier days. This will also be a proper send-off to TeaVille that I'm sure all the fans would love.
Going to miss Teaville, but excited to watch a new city come alive. Great Job Biffa on Teaville, let's build another bigger and better city together! 🙂🤗
I wasn’t here to see the start of Teaville, but I’m glad I got to jump in partway through. Watching your videos has made me excited to play City: SkyLines again (when I’m eventually able to), so I’m glad I’m gonna have the chance to see you start a new city from the beginning.
I've really enjoyed Teaville but excited about a new city too. The computer I run CS on struggles with any city larger than about 80k population, so I could never get to something as fantastic as Teaville. Really like the idea of a city tour, so you can sit back and see all that you achieved with it :)
Biffa, you could place buildings overlapping other buildings and create some customized larger mansions. (I feel they should be right up against the mountains.) You could also expand the mansion properties with paths around the yard with guest houses and gazebos and other luxuries, gardens, groundskeeper sheds, guest car garages, single hole golf courses etc...
As I keep watching and trying to copy your methods especially on traffic management, I decided to use the version of tm:pe 11.5 which is what you use ( I believe ), my game started to stutter too!! Then I switched to the older and stable version of TM:PE 11.0(Stable), everything was fine again. Not sure but this might be your problem too. It's worth trying. if anyone mentioned it before, my apologies... Love the series, please keep going. If you ever come to Turkey, teas are on me! cheers!
With regard to the mansions. They usually have more land. At least 5 - 10 acres. Maybe some horse riding features or a gated community with more space in between the homes.
It’s only now I’ve really realised how big Teaville has gotten, I think because it’s matured slowly. It’s a fantastic city. But it’s always so exciting to start a new project ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Leaving Teaville makes me sad, though I totally understand your reasons. I would love to see a old, grown city like the ones in Europe, with the narrow streets and traffic issues coming from old structures. I'm from Germany and most cities I know are a wild mix of old and new because WWII left big holes in the cities
While I am sad that Teaville is coming to a close, I'm glad you're seeking your own fun in the game, it's more important than anything we say. Not to be pushy, but on one of the previous videos I gave the name Lady Grey Heights to one of the areas and I would love to have named something in this amazing playthrough, so I am writing a second comment in the hopes you see this. I've revised the name to either Lady Grey Wildlife Reserve for the zoo, or the Lady Grey Vistas for the mansion area by the mountain. Love your stuff and can't wait for the next playthrough!
I don't know much about City Skylines, but I was watching the global collaboration and they mentioned fixing lagging by "unsticking pedestrians" or something like that. They had a bunch of pedestrians stuck at transit stops. Hopefully that helps. Grump or not, I'm loving the content you're making.
Great work on this series! Thoroughly enjoyed this one. One thought for the posh areas, if not for this series maybe the next, is to put in a toll booth or other gate to enter into the area. You know, to keep the non tea-drinking riff-raff out!
The mansion with fountain in front at 15:00 could be converted into a fancy cul-de-sac, if you make the park a touch larger, and then put 6-10 mansions around that space using say a 1 way road. Then you could back some woods up around each of those pockets, and then add additional cul-de-sacs into the area, so there are say 4-5 of them per feeder road.
Things to put in near the mansions . . . high end shopping, another golf course (residents & their guests only), massive park (hiking trails and creeks and trees, lots of trees [look up "Forest Park, Portland, Oregon, USA for an idea of what I mean - only we don't charge people to use it other than via taxes]), a private school for the children from the mansions. tennis courts (residents & their guests only), a couple of swanky restaurants, and a luxury spa type resort. And if Teaville is located in a place without national health (though it appears to be somewhere that's not the US so this might be unlikely) you could put in a private hospital for when the mansion dwellers need secret face lifts and such.
Hope all eases up for you soon Biffa, have enjoyed the journey through Teaville, It's a huge city ! New map might be just what you need to boost your enthusiasm - a change is as good as a rest - as they say :-)
love the TeaVille series! for the next series, please make the city drives the right way which is left hand drive. British accent (with a lot of tea sipping) with right hand drive just tick me off. loved your content either way haha

Sad to hear the end of TeaVille is near, but understand… Suggestion, maybe a horse stable/riding trails by the mansions.
And maybe a fast way to get to the golf area? A dedicated tram or something similar?
Put a helipad next to the New trainstation, the golfcourse and connect them to the rest of the heli-service.

Agree. Turn these into ranches with plenty of space and private amenities. Use fences to demarcate one ranch from another

@@atomicmrpelly I mean, only the chosen ones who not use potato as a playing device, will succeed in opening the teaville.
Yes!! I was going to ask this aswell! I want to continue building it and finish the city!
Maybe the odd "Teaville special"? You might find having a new "primary" city takes the pressure off and lets you look at Teaville differently.
Either way, I think your enthusiasm is a big part of what keeps a lot of us watching so if Teaville needs to go for that to return then so be it.
We love TeaVille, but we love you more Biffa! Looking forward to more fun, and the next city! (New Brewnswick?? Lol)
Thank you Keyes Thrasher :-)
maybe a european oldtown city, there are a lot of mods an potential for realism. could be a nice combo with old and modern town like berlin or london
Or something like Amsterdam or Venice. I'll be very curious to see Biffa's traffic flow in an old city centre.
Maximilian Kuhn
If you wanna do london, you gotta get mosque mods
that would be cool!
That would be great!
Rich people need horses lol! Maybe a few mansions could have stables and fields for the horse to make them bigger? I don't know if there are horse mods though
That happens to the best cups of tea...in the end you'll finish it, yearning for the next cup.
So true! :-)
Words of wisdom there
You and other modded players have been pushing Cities far beyond what the devs envisaged.
When you end this series you should put the city in night to see the beautiful lights of the buildings in TeaVille. A epic way to end the series
Loved the entire series. It will be neat to see your new city grow. :)
Once you've finished with the TeaVille videos, it would be cool if you could share the savegame with us, so those that wish to keep it going can do so. :)
That's the plan!
Excellent!
I’ll miss TeaVille, but I totally understand! I’m here to see you, regardless of the city or traffic percentage!
Loved the whole series .Not first to comment this but this was really a great series to watch 👍
Edit: oh no 🤦♀️ I edited my grammatical mistake and lost biffa's like 😭
I've been watching you build Teaville since the start, and it's been a blast!
8 mile district
Hmmm City Planner Plays?
Notwithstanding your ending comments, I'd love to see a resurrection of #Teaville if at all possible. Over the first days of 2023, I was looking for a playlist to binge. I nearly passed over this one because of its age. How wrong could I have been! This series was totally enjoyable, relatable, thought-provoking, and entertaining, and I even learned a few new things. On top of this, I found it very enjoyable to see how your skills and techniques have grown over the past few years. By far, you are one of my favorite creators and I thank you for sparking my creativity! I think it would be fascinating to meet you in real life.
Make something similar to Beverly Hills on those hills near the new area
It would look pretty peng
I have to say it is amazing how much detailing you are doing lately on the city of TeaVille. Everytime a new episode of this series got out in the last few months I got really excited as it helped me to relax after a long day of homeoffice.
It would be amazing if you could give us a tour through the entire city, as there are some areas we haven't really seen in a long time.
However, thank you for your determination to this projekt. But please, take your time, drink a sip of tea and don't feel forced to keep us entertained with your videos. It is always a pleasure to watch your cities getting built!
Yay, new TeaVille episode!!
Enjoy :-)
Teaville was the greatest series I've ever experienced. I watched every episode as soon as they released until the last few weeks. Thank you for a brilliant series.
15:20 You can put some nice expensive looking tall buildings in.
to solve the mansions being smaller than you thought, you could arrange several mansions together to make it appear as if they're 1 larger compound belonging to 1 person, and then put 5 or so of those compounds as you originally intended
Waited a week for a new episode... def worth the wait... yaay!
Thanks! Ashok Sridharan :-)
So Teaville comes to an end,but on the bright side,I’ll be able to watch a build from the first road,Really looking forward to it!
I'm loving Teaville! When I can I move?! LoL I do have a request. In the next episode, before you sign off, could you show us Teaville, at night?
I joined Teaville later in the series and while I love it, I'm excited to see you start something new. It will be exciting to be there from the beginning and to see it grow.
4:28 "...To bring people to the posh part of town." All parts of Teaville are the posh part of town XD
Oh Biffa, I love you. You're by far my favourite C:S youtuber, and gaming youtuber in general. But I have to admit, I've caught myself screaming 'Nooo, not the rocks again!' more than once, especially when detailing fancy areas like the mansion 😅😄
I'd like to challenge you not to use them, but I have to admit, the zoo is THE place to use them a lot 😉 So maybe go overboard and get all those rocks out of your system? 😄
Yay!!! Another teaville video!
Keep up the great work!
Hey Biffa! this was a great series - excited for the next one..
Me: Looking off into the distance, *HA-AH-AH*
*Sips Tea*
End of an era. I've thoroughly enjoyed watching you creating and expanding Teaville, with a fair amount of jealousy because I completely suck at planning ahead and beautifying cities, but still; amazing job, Biffa! Teaville is definitely my fav city so far, and I can't wait to see what you make of the new one (I already took a few sneak peeks)!
Sony just give us mods on ps5 and I will buy ur overpriced router like console
You have to enjoy it so we can all enjoy it with you. Thanks for the fantastic series I have loved it all and I have learnt so much from you. I am sure we will all be with you as you start on to pastures or archipelagos, new :) Chin up, brew up and thank you again.
Wow I have never been this early. AHAHAHA
Could be cool to add the "letter assets" at the mountain where the rich people live and instead of the Hollywood sign, make the Teaville sign :)
I always enjoy watching them (and I'm clearly not the only one!)
I look forward to a new city, cos I love when you start them off.
It needs much much bigger back garden! Something they can ride their horses and stuff xD
I suggest a country club up there with the mansions! Maybe that will help fill up the space. Thank you for this series, Biffa.
Yey Teaville!!! Already caught up with this series, and I'm happy there's a new one.
Awww. I'm sad Teaville's ending but here's to new beginnings! Definitely looking forward to the new city. Keep it up, Biffa!
(Don't live in one myself though.)
Besides the house and front gate most of these estates have huge gardens around them.
Been watching for a couple months now. Excited to be onboard for the new city build from the very beginning!!! Let's Do This!
After the week I've had I really needed this. You have no idea how much you help. Thank you so much
As I keep watching and trying to copy your methods especially on traffic management, I decided to use the version of tm:pe 11.5 which is what you use ( I believe ), my game started to stutter too!!
Sad to see it go, but happy I came along for the ride. Excited to see what yoh do next.
It’s only now I’ve really realised how big Teaville has gotten, I think because it’s matured slowly. It’s a fantastic city. But it’s always so exciting to start a new project ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ive really liked this series, but I had to jump into it in the middle. Im very much liking the prospect of watching you build a city from scratch!
It would be nice if you could add some hill houses into the hillside behind your mansions like in LA "SoCal Laguna Homes" on the workshop.
We’ve all loved Teaville Biffa but you can’t play the same city forever and besides, seeing you build a new city is always great fun for us!
You should get the "Auto rotate tree mod", Seeing al your beautiful plants all face the same way is a bit weird, to say the least :)
Biffa, I have to admit. The WORST part about your videos is that they end. Love them, can’t get enough of them!
Thank you Jackson Harvey :-)
The city of TeaVille will be in our hearts for all eternitea!
you've grown so much in the game and is been a pleasure to watch, hope the fun comes back to you!! by the way, fun never left the viewers....
