I done this for a few months when i was a teenager, we used to make lids for aga cookers and top secret stuff for the ministry of defence. It was an awesome job, but I'll never forget the time i was deburring a lid by hand and the burr wound through my finger. Had to snip it and pull it the rest of the way through 🤢
I would boot him out of my shop. This is the perfect was to loose fingers or severely cut the tendons on the back of the left hand. Aluminum is also very easy to spin.
Muita perícia do profissional, porém nada de segurança. Camisa de manga comprida, mãos extremamente próximas da peça girando. Já presenciei acidentes gravíssimos em máquinas. Seguranca tem que estar em primeiro lugar.
@@harrymix Ahaha goddbless you budd. Most metal spinners I know aren't too hardpress on safety glasses, hell I've heard an bonafide expert tell me you only need 'em for wire wheels, and while I'm pretty deadset on my prescription safety glasses, it's friggen metal spinning. You're worried about a bit of chips hitting ya in the eye? Buddy's probably sent countless blanks flying at this point.
Safe to say that he's done this "a few times"...lol.... excellent demo, much appreciated.

4k views and no one else is wondering what the hell he just made?
Bots don't ask questions. That's why they need to be paid for.
Nice job
Please do not cut it off so quickly. Take the part out and show us what it looks like finished. Type in a description of what the part is.
Excellent skills, but why no safety equipment? Not even eye protection?
Bonjour c'est très génial comment ont peu trouvé ça quel est le prix ?
Must have a hell of an eyecare plan not to use safety glasses.
Gloves and cut sleeves. Hands are millimeters from that spinning metal. I've seen guys get gashed pretty bad.
There isn't much to catch here; just a smooth spinning disk

Great video and what a skill. However face shield and safety gloves are a must.
Gloves?? Spinning things??? I don’t think so
this looks cool but also a little dangerous and difficult

makin jaya
It looks good, we are also a strong manufacturer of sheet metal fabrication in China, with high quality and competitive price.

Yet, not 'expert' enough to put on a $3 pair of safety goggles..
Oil mist sprays in your face. Glasses are a hindrance
@@digbickmetalspinning9700 I can see how being able to see can be seen as a "hindrance" 👀
@@harrymix and I know where you are coming from. Most people wouldn't think to look to see if he is wearing glasses. Good on you

@@digbickmetalspinning9700 Don't use an oil mist. Use a solid type grease. Your eyes will thank you. Dean, 12yrs a spinner from N.C
He forgot the gloves.
No gloves! They are a safety hazard with most high speed, rotating machinery.
Yeah, gloves are a very bad idea on any high powered rotating machines, like the lathe here.
