...hypnotic...such a shame what has happened to most of our industry here in the UK, nice to see such craftmanship still surviving! Thanks for uploading!

Nice wall posters. Oh and great job creating this. Didn't know a technique like this existed. All our radomes are fiberglass/composite.

+Wayne Gale Meow- you see them all the time on telivision, but without seeing both the reference drawings and the part being made it is hard to appreciate just how enormous they are.

Wow. What amazing skills. I've often wondered how seamless metal objects are produced. It looks like these engineering skills are crafted over many years. What was the engineer doing at 8:41? I can see the effect, but what was he using? Thanks for showing this.

I still don't get why everyone argues over safety glasses and gloves. FOR WHAT at this work could them be useful?
    There's nothing to happen.
If that thing gets ever ever out of control i don't think the glasses would do any sense when your head is removed by a flying around 1,8m big piece of sheet metal.
    Excuse my bad english.

  • @nathanwahl9224

Some "interesting" comments . . . CNC machining is for cutting and lathing away material, generally, this is being spun and bent into shape; no cutting or material removal is involved. A cheaper way but with less evenness of thickness would be pressing.

you'll notice the back-ground wall-art. there is, as you can see, actual 'censoring' of what is socially-acceptable. for example, the nude body of the beautiful females is only confined to the frontal aspect, including the head, torso and legs...only. so, as with all censoring, there must be some form of social-acceptance/negotiation from all parties, not just the censor, viewer, communicator, or manager! - stop being so fascist! - fascists lose...in the end-game.
