Crab - 1 kg
Onion ( Big Size ) - 3 No's
Tomato - 4 1/2 No's
Garlic - 6 to 8 No's
Ginger - Small Piece (20g)
Green Chilli - 5 to 6 No's
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Kuzhambu Powder - 2 1/2 to 3 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Gingelly Oil - For Cooking
