I used large (ish) twin oval foam filters on a 1200 bandit and a 1127 .. worked really well .. Looking and sounding great...😁👍 Best wishes from Turkey 👍🇹🇷
@@QuickBikes that's a shame you can't get them, they worked well, each filter of course served two cylinders and gave alot more "room" and surface area .. Keep the great video's coming , really appreciate the time and effort you put into every video 👍
Ohh so close to the jet sizes the holeshot stage 2 jet kit uses, which I recommend in the first place 😂 at least now I feel even more confident in my purchase! Good to see this whole process, keep it up 💪
Still got a bit more tweaking and stuff to try, but there's little point till the other exhaust is made. Then it'll probably need something completely different again 🤣😂
Told these guys off the bat to go with a holeshot kit. definitely recommended along with a good balance and bottom end tweaks aka mix screw and float tweaks
Great to see she just fitted in the caddy. I noticed there's no bulkhead in it so that gave you valuable space. With bulkhead she wouldn't have gone in 😂
Had a ZX12 fitted with a full Akrapovic system the can was straight through. It's really surprising how the packing absorbs the sound. The standard can would have made a great boat anchor.
Heavy as a heavy thing aren't they?!? I think a conventional slip on can will quiet it down a fair bit, but I'm still not convinced it'll get down to 99db...
Try a carbon can. I’ve had a few bikes with carbon cans, all same length and straight through internal diameter but the stainless ones were always massively louder. My thinking is the carbon doesn’t resonate so much but think 500mm+ carbon can would easily bring you down to where you need to be
ya did it then,,! today is the 9th and on the 7th? you had a ton of work to do ... Well done "A" for effort me thinks ! must have been a long day ! btw Silencers th-cam.com/video/rYYppUNSSE8/w-d-xo.html
Esse ronco ficou foda! Estou maratonando os vídeos do projeto, saudações brasileiras!

I was going to go for them, but couldn't find them in the right size... Oh well 😁👍
Thanks for watching dude

Thanks for watching matey 👍
Imagine being a dyno tech as a job, died and gone to heaven. Sounds sweet as!
Saw some very significant improvements during the morning on the Dyno. It's going to be interesting to see what a different exhaust does as well 😁👍

Another great video Quicky from the Dyno test. Was well interesting to listen to your overview and next steps with Crispy 👍
We're not going potty with the tune, but we want to get it right.... So there's a little bit more needed before I call it done 👍
@Quick Bikes Your attention to detail will get it spot on, I'm sure 👍
Crispy is a top man. I am going to give it a go on my standard work bandit soon. Big thanks to you both ❤🏍🔧🛠
No worries dude, thanks for watching 😁👍
Asbo sounds bloody awesome mate, what a sound.:-)👍🏻
It really distorts on the video, but in real life it's a proper good noise 😁👍

Putting it another way, I couldn't have given anybody a lift that day 🤣😂😅
Awesome! Yes I did think it sounded better while I was watching the runs. 😍👍❤
Sounds mint fella, if not a bit noisy for Mr MSVA 😁
Cheers Q.
😁👍
Mate, that was good to watch, great progress on the graphs. Velocity stacks it is then... 😁👍
Hehehe.... They will filter NOTHING, but look dead cool 😁👍

It distorts on the videos, but I do like the sound 😁👍
Do what needs to be done for the msv thing. Once that's out the way final build should be the exhaust that's on the bike now with velocity stacks. 😎
I think I'm just going to give both exhausts to the new owner so they can monkey with it and get it how they want itm it's good to have options 😁

That was my thinking, and a carbon can wouldn't look out of place I don't think... 😁👍
I would love for you to make me a body kit for my Honda rebel 500 😢
I told you, air tags on everything 😄
Hehehe 🤣😂
👍
😁
good stuff! :)
Thank you matey 😁👍
#Result!!
😁👍
114 is close
It's not far off.... I reckon slightly smaller jets and raising the needles would be something worth trying... It's a lovely power curve though hey 😁

Yeah, it was a busy day, but well worth it 😁👍
