- I'm proper fed up with having COVID again and need to make something, so I'm turning my attention to the numberplate mounting as it means I get to play with the new bead-roller.
SOMEBODY IS GOING TO WIN ASBO - That's right, somebody who supports the QuickBikes channel and the bikes I'm building is going to be the proud owner of a completely custom built Suzuki Bandit Cafe Racer once it's finished. I'm giving away ASBO to celebrate hitting the 10,000 subs mark to somebody who supports the channel.

Where it says "What's this payment for?", enter "Supporting the channel". That way I know what the payment is for and I can make sure your name goes in my hat.
You can donate as much as you like and each £10 donation to the channel will get you another chance to win the bike as you're supporting us that much more.
If the winner is not in the UK, I can crate it up etc, but the shipping will be their responsibility. If you're in the UK, we'll be able to arrange something.
Please, please, please like and share this video as it will be setting the budget to finish the bike and hopefully raise some additional funds so I can include some spanky bits in the build. The bigger the budget, the better the bike you might end up with.

Hi Jason chuck you handle away and build a hand wheel ,you can then watch what you are doing ,whilst instinctively operating the wheel.this allows you to concentrate on your line or edge .what happens with a handle you have to figure out where it is all the time and it breaks concentration

hello buddy. quick question. what sanding discs and belts do you use and what grit as i have some welds to dress up.

It would be handy if you could fit a suitably geared motor with a foot operated switch instead of the handle. Then you can use both hands to feed the sheet 😀
They do them, but they cost a bob or two. This would be an awkward machine to use on a big panel I reckon...
Ayup Quicky, was just wondering if you could put the dies on the other way round, so you can have the sheet away from the machine if ya get me?
I'm still playing with it matey, trying to learn. Trouble is the metal doesn't sit down nearly as nicely if you do it the other way. I need to try turning the dies around as well tomorrow which may work 😁👍
some make a bolt on support, people get quite creative with their bead rollers

I thought the dies needed to be the other way round. What if you wanted to beed roll a piece with a curve on it that wouldn't fit in the slot between the shaft and the frame.
The metal seems to lay flattest in the dies this way round. If it swap them its up at 45 degrees... To be fair I'm still playing around and Googling stuff, but all the videos I'm watching have it this way round... Stay tuned matey
