Good job. This is authentic goan recheado masala. Apart from vinegar adding a ball of tamarind will complete the massla. Frying procedure too is goan style. People give a different twist by adding coriander, mustard, sweet jeera n call it goan rechado masala which is not true. Ancestral goans are well aware of our masalas, others are just imitation. They can call it rechado masala and not "Goan rechado masala".
