Both are awesome the R & RS.. I put a deposit on my Carnival red RS 2weeks before i test rode one..🤣 350miles so far and bloody love it!!.. Enjoy your new bike, you most definitely will..!!🙌
I’ve got a 1000 miles on my Carnival Red RS. Spark full exhaust and added some factory triumph parts to be a better daily bike. Cruise control really is nice and so are the tire sensors and heated grips.
@@2wheelbikers311 yes they install super easy. They hide easy too. Plus the button being on the left grip and not a big honking button clipped to the bars is really nice. No programming needed either. As soon as I plugged it in and pushed the button the heated grip icon showed up on the TFT
Congrats I went for the crystal white R myself with a few mod’s absolutely love it, around 1600 miles done now it’ll be interesting to hear/see what your thoughts are after a few months of ownership 👍🏻
Track Weapon is ready! More RPM (like more happy zone 😊), more braking power (brembo stylema) and better suited to the track day (moto2) 💛💛💛 and Cosmic Yellow is awesome 🤗
1400 miles in to my cosmic yellow and I absolutelyI love it! such a fun bike to ride and can use all of its performance on the track for us mere meagre talented (at best) mortals 😂👍😎
I keep thinking in avin one of theses...got love the triumphs they come on in leaps an bounds theses days.....iv got the speed love it...allways watching ur channel but I thought I'd comment coz u got the truimph on ya channel 😂😂deffo suits u sir...😂
Lovely bike. Carol had her Street Triple from Pidcocks. Had it 7 years with no issues. Our choice would be the R. It's still probably the best middleweight naked bike out there.
Hi Richard and Carol, I've always wanted a Street Triple and now I've done it. I preferred the white one so it had to be the R. I can always add the bits that are missing as we go along. See you soon Ian and Tracey 🏍🏍
Yes mate, loved the colour and I can add everything else as I go along. I Wasn't too bothered about the layout of the dash on the RS either and all the different styles were similar on it.
never really liked the triple untill recently but its grown on me and the rs in yellow wow and now i want one,but moneys tight at the mo so i will have to stick to my Z50th which i love(low seat hight as well)a bonus for me.but it not a crime to lust over a RS triple.
Hi mate, that 50th edition is my favourite paint scheme on the Z. I've always wanted a Street Triple but only just been in a position to afford it. Stay safe pal 🏍🏍
They are basically the same bike, the handling is the same, the extra 10 bhp doesn't come in until you get to above 9000 revs, unless you go on the track you aren't going to see any difference. The R has some accessories missing to make it cheaper. There was no R demo bike at the dealer and all the comparison videos said they couldn't tell any difference on the road. I've never ridden a Street Triple before so had to try it before spending all that money and so far it feels like the same bike.

Awesome bike. I will be wanting some heated grips in a couple of months, are the Triumph ones worth the extra money?

Cracking vid you two. Love them Bikes and it really suits you. Nice one 🫡
Thanks Dave 😘
Beautiful bike, id personally buy the R aswell and add a belly pan as i prefer the dash on the R, as the RS would be wasted on me👍
Yes mate, loved the colour and I can add everything else as I go along. I Wasn't too bothered about the layout of the dash on the RS either and all the different styles were similar on it.
Same here. Annoying that Triumph only offer cruise control as an optional extra on the RS though.

Congratulations on you new bike. Awesome machine 👌
I don't quite get test riding an RS to make a decision on whether you should buy the R model.
