Drawing 100 heads in 10 days + what it taught me!

Hello friends!
Welcome back to another video! Today's video is a long one but I hope my commentary/music makes it a little more interesting to watch!
In this video I am working on the #meds100heads challenge started by Ahmed Aldoori! This challenge was a great opportunity for me to practice drawing lots and lots of portraits in a really constrained time period. I worked with several different mediums and learned a lot along the way!

Thank you! The heads are not very large. The sketchbook I am working in is 7.75 in x 9.75 in!

How long do you give yourself for each head? I'm on day two now and i'm giving myself 8 minutes a head

It varied a lot depending on the medium! For the pencil and pen heads I think I spent 5-10 minutes on each one. For the watercolor and colored pencil ones I spent a bit longer (maybe 15-20 min or so on each). For the final large gouache ones I spent a long time, over an hour on each of them!

Prisma Color pencils end results look cool but they take for ever
