    The machete was suprisingly effective... also, this is why tracks needs to stay open, people like you keep them clear for fire fighting vehicles in emergencies.. well done.

    Hey Nick, someone told me the isuzu's are rough and a little noisy on the hwy. Not sure if the off hand comment referred to the SW or the ute though. I'd like an MU-X because the are bullet proof, so any experience with the vehicle would be welcome - same to any viewers who have experience with the MU-X

    • @LowRangeNick
      @LowRangeNick  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Benny we test drove the d-max and didnt like it at all it was noisy and had a rough ride because of the leaf springs. We looked at quite a few other brands and then road tested the MU-X and it was soo much better. Super comfortable and cruising along you cant even hear the engine. When you get into it though you can hear the engine noise but its not bad by any means. Hope that helps 😀😀

      @@LowRangeNick certainly does Nick! The misses will be onside with the MU-X, but if I picked up a ute, I reckon she wouldn't get in it a second time...

      Good day Sir Benny, I'm from Philippines and I have a 2018 Mu-x 4x2 Ls-A,which is the top of the line variant here. It has the latest update on the engine, a 3.0 bluepower. Well, it's bit noisy engine on the outside due to its timing chain. But on the inside you will only start to here engine noise when you hit 2,000rpm and above. Lower than that its a smooth sailing ride. On the other hand its acoustics are too off because you start to here wind noise upon hitting 100kph and above. Unlike with other suv's which has a quiet cabin. But, I'd say MU-X would become the best choice if you're after Smooth and soft ride quality, good fuel mileage(8-10kms/L at city drive and 18kms/L at highway at 95kph), and long lasting engine(no frequent replacement at the timing chain compared to timing belt which requires every 80,000kms). What I don't want about it is the 2nd row which can't be move forward to give space on the 3rd row and a really small storage at the back. Other than that it will be a good investment.

    I am an original owner of 2 Isuzus. Purchased in 2002 and 2005. Please come back to the USA so I can buy a new Isuzu. “ISUZU FOREVER”. If you can not come back to the United States Please make one especially for me. Of course it needs to be a left hand car for the driver.

    • @LowRangeNick
      @LowRangeNick  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You dont have too. If you clean your 4wd properly and thoroughly after each trip you shouldnt have any issues. In saying that the under body rust proofing will help in the long run from preventing any rust from forming 😊

      Hey David! I was using the Hema Maps App. I find it great but the only issue i have with it is when i have it on the tracking function it freezes. My mate runs it on a tablet and it works well. I think maybe the phone struggles to run other apps and hema while tracking via gps. Otherwise a very good app, really worth getting if you do travel into areas youve never been before. 😊
