Fargo is my favorite character! I love stealing with him and he's actually a good healer with Cure All. I mainly use Fargo for physical and support elements like Strengthen and EagleEye.
Ironically, due to someone doing a list of the stats in compare with all characters, Kid's actually very average with the best thing to her being the stealing level 3 tech. She has solid agility tho.
Orlha is slept on. I’ve said that forever. Strong, fast, decent stamina recovery and another trait she has that I don’t see a lot of people talk about; her evasion. I’ve seen this girl dodge so many attacks that it’s almost ludicrous. Her grid is a bit lacking, her HP is a little low and you do get her kinda late (which kinda sucks) but at least you get her In time for the boss gauntlet that is Terra Tower.
Arguably Pierre outshines even Glenn. When he is fully decked out his crit chance increase is insane! He does more damage consistently than anyone other than Serge himself I found.
Good list, unfortunatelly we need to use certain characters for the utiliy rather than damage (the case of Orhla vs Fargo that you mentioned), you only missed Pierre, he may not be very likeable but he is really strong with his full set.

White, Blue and Green innate characters dominate the game from what I’ve seen. Red innates kinda get left out in the cold, there aren’t very many black innates and there are way too many strength based yellow innates, while some are perfectly viable, I just found that their synergy with other characters was kinda lacking in the late game.
Stats alone, it's not Sneff, arguably he's probably 5th worst I'd imagine. Pip, Mojo, and Luccia are very low in stats. Funnily, Pip, being extremely weak numerically, I'll always sing his praises because he can do multiple innate only elements. There's just something to be said to a unit who can cast almost any element combination at any time. Vigora, Black Hole, and Negate Magic on one unit? Yes, please!
Whoa whoa whoa, not even a mention for the squad in the game, Draggy/Leah? For shame!!!! 😂 Honestly i would have put Glenn at tops so i cant disagree too much with your list here.
Depends on what you value but for me red inmates are too weak and offer no true advantages to be top 10 even if I love Kid and Draggy and, can also respect Greco and Macha. Steal is a great utility argument to a degree but, many forget Mel also has steal because she's still terrible. So, I can agree with your list save Kid with the leftover slot going to Razzly, Grobyc or full hero set Pierre. Black and White inmates and magic are weird as either they suck or are busted lol. White getting healing was an unfair addition to it I will say. Should have left that for green and blue. Blue is most consistent by far and is imo busted yet it also has Korcha haha. Green is like if Blue got watered down a bit with some Red while Yellow is if Red was just a little better. I've beaten this game over 20 times on playstation/emulators without any type of meta. Play with who you favor. The only time to play with otherwise is for playing different paths.
fills me with Joy that you rank Kid up there amoung the best...and yeah I wish she was in the game longer instead of taking so many in story breaks as we call it...and Leanne, Serge's waifu? Pah, that honour is Kid's...she said she will find him one day and I believe it!
However I find less then 10 to actually be useful in fact as Serge only himself Poshule Kid Guile and Glenn are worth using BEFORE you switch control to Lynx.

Serge Glenn and Starrky. I barely play anyone else that I couldn't tell you who is actually strong lol.

Not strongest, but I always found Sprigg to be a fun character. Especially if you doppelgang Slash or Ozzie

He's great damage dealer.. especially when on mode dual wield,
also he has quite high HP (if u use him regularly)
i wish viper has better stats just a little bit more STR and magic like 85/45 so we can have a good enough yellow innate to play with

its sad that almost every red and yellow innates are so bad...i would pick blue or green if i had to pick only 1 color

Just beat this game because people raved about it. It was so stupid. Serge by himself can carry the whole game with only physical attacks...
